本研究依循組織社會學的場域分析途徑，觀察中國精釀啤酒產業的發展過程，利用場域結構化分析的五項指標，檢視行動者之間如何在制度環境約束下，應對外部的挑戰與變化。綜合理論架構與田野實證的結果，本研究發現精釀啤酒商之間主要透過資訊分享、技術交流，共同舉辦商業活動等行動選項，形成獨特的互動機制。其次，產業內也逐步建構對於經營模式與產業發展的認知觀點與邏輯共識，形構有別於商業啤酒集團的新興場域邊界。最後，精釀業者透過協會組織作為凝聚彼此的平台，創造「小手拉小手」的聯盟形式，成為促進中國精釀產業場域結構化的主要原因。
