政黨財務之研究即針對民主政治體系下競爭的政治團體與個人之金錢處理的問題而探 討。本論文計一冊，共分五章十八節： 第一章：乃先就「政黨財務」此一概念之定義予以說明，並提政黨財務的原則藉以為 以後對各別事實批判的憑據，最後則說明本論文資料的處理與運用的方法。 第二章：以政治支出為主題，分別說明影響政治支出之因素，支出的種類與目的，並 分析支出的規模與效果。 第三章：以政治收入為主題，分別說明各種收入來源及手段與其政策之影響。 第四章：以財務改革為主題，分別說明收支限制，帳目公開及公共補助等方式與效果 。 第五章：結論，強調政治財務凈化的重要性並試題一些建議。
