《舊唐書·文苑傳》研究 / A study of literary collected biographies of Jiu Tang Shu

本文擬將史書中的文學類傳，即《舊唐書·文苑傳》視爲研究對象，從史書的編纂體例等著手，以辨析《舊唐書》史臣對〈文苑傳〉中的材料，於取捨、增刪之間的考量。本文第二章主要説明《舊唐書》的編纂過程，探討史臣所制定的編纂總則「褒貶或從於新意，纂修須按於舊書」，以及宋初史官對於「新意」的異議。從中揭示五代史臣對於正統的認知。第三章辨析〈文苑傳〉載入作品的情況，以及當中所隱含的「用」意。第四章指出《舊唐書·文苑傳》乃接續「人文化成」的傳統，進而論述其實踐情況。本文循此討論「人文化成」觀念下，有關史臣的體裁取向。最後，本文為以上所論作一總體的回顧，以及提出本文的限制及未來展望。
