都市平均地權實施績效之評估

第一章 緒論：說明論文之研究動機、目的、範圍及步驟。 第二章 民生主義土地制度之本質：闡明平均地權之理論基礎及台灣實施都市平均 地權之政策目標。 第三章 實施都市平均地權之立法：對於實施都市平均地權條例之制訂及修正加以 說明、比較。並對此一立法有否達成政策理想的要求，做一分析。 第四章 都市平均地權實施績效之評估：就條例的規定，舉其要點（如實施地區、 重新規定地價、照價收買的執行…等）評估其實際上執行的情形，及因此 導生之問題。 第五章 影響都市平均地權實施績效之因素分析：從政策目標、立法、執行及成果 各層面去檢討問題的產生與影響，並提出改進意見。 第六章 結論。對各章重要論點做一總的歸納，亦即對本文意識表示之總結。
