本研究以紡織業兩大分支之一之針織布業中之布廠，在多站託外加工之特有加工模式，其供應鏈庫存管理以個案研究方式，選訂具有整合針織布及成衣製造之上市公司做為個案研究公司，由於個案公司於針織布製程及成衣生產製程中均具備自有產能，在針織布生產製程並具備掌握關鍵生產技術能力，全部生產製程中包含自製及託外加工；並因個案公司於公司規模逐年擴大，託外加工比例因掌握關鍵生產技術能力而逐年下降，而個案公司生產進度管制方式並未有長足進步，相對存貨管理仍然大致維持舊有方式與記錄程序，有必要進行流程改造，以符合個案公司所處行業面臨訂單交期逐年縮短，訂單處理至交貨必須不得不然的快速反應。 經重新評估個案公司現行生產管理作業流程及針對相關員工問卷調查後，本研究建議（1），為改進生產管理效率及共享資源，個案公司應及早引進ERP系統，（2）為縮短製造查詢系統，個案公司應提供PDA版本之查詢系統，（3）為發展存貨物流管理，個案公司應研擬引進RFID技術應用之可行性，以改進存貨管理，及（4）強化VTMS，並整合作業基礎成本制，以提供正確成本資訊。 關鍵字：針織業、庫存管理、RFID，託外加工 / This study focused on the inventory management in a specific processing model, the multi-step of outsourcing manufacture, of the cloth factory. The case company holds the core competence in knitting fabrics production technology and owns enough capacity to manufacture knitting fabrics and garments. Although the scale of the company has being expanded year by year, and gets the some more critical technical, the proportion of outsourcing processing decreased year after year, however, there is not much more progress in inventory control. Thus, this research attempt to evaluate the case company’s inventory management system and redesign a workflows to shorten the case company’s order delivery process, improve the accuracy of the inventory record, and increase the efficiency of the inventory management. After re-evaluating the case company’s multi-step of outsourcing manufacture of inventory control and summarizing the survey of the case company’s employees, this study suggests that (1) to improve the case company’s manufacturing efficiency and share the resource, the case company should integrate the ERP system, (2) to shorten the manufacturing querying system, the case company should provide the PDA version’s manufacturing operating querying system, (3) to develop better inventory flow system, the case company should integrate RFID to improve the efficient of inventory management, and (4), to integrate with 35 supply chains to share all internal resource in the same platform, the case company should enforce VTMS (Virtual Total Multifunction Solution) with Activity-based costing to provide more accurate cost information.
