第一章 前言，主要是討論本文的研究動機，研究範圍，研究架構，以及研究的途 徑。 第二章 為非正式組織的性質，探討非正組織的定義，形成因素以及各種不同的類 型。 第三章 是非式組織的負功能分析，以研究較有成果的四種為對象，即抵制變遷， 角色衝突，消極順從，以及滋生謠言為對象。 第四章 介紹一些化解負功能的可行途徑，乃以整個組織為著眼點，而非為以上四 種負功能分別謀求解決之道，其途徑分為二種，一為消極途徑，乃以消滅非正式組 織或其負功能為中心，是一種治標的辦法，另一種為積極途徑，包括與管理，意見 溝通，目的在求非正式組織與正式組織的協調與合作，無形中化解其負功能，是種 治本之道。 第五章 為結語。 #2810423 #2810423
