The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the company 1. Geo, spol. s r.o., which belongs tosmall-size companies. In the theoretical part basic concepts are clarified. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the current state of the company. Different types of analyses were realized. On the basis of the findings, several solutions leading to the improvement of the current state are proposed.

The master´s thesis is the proposal of the business plan for the foundation of a private kindergarten in Ivančice, as a limited liability company. The proposal is based on market needs and analysis of general and business environment, for which is typical the excess demand for services of kindergartens over their existing capacities. Organizational, marketing and especially financial plan backs up viability selected business.

The main subject of this thesis is creating a proposal of business strategy of SBU. The work includes theoretical knowledge related to the issue of the proposal of business strategy and strategic analysis of the current state of SBU. The outcomes of the thesis are the processing and evaulation of the real proposal of business strategy, which will be the basis for subsequent implementation.

The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation and assessment of the financial situation and of the financial health of the company BLANESTA, s.r.o. throughout the years 2008 to 2011 by means of selected methods of financial analysis. The aim of this work is to propose changes leading to the efficient use of business resources chosen on the basis of the potential problems that will arise from the evaluation of the current financial state of the company.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a corporate strategy of a company, which will lead to a new definition of SBUs and provide us with main direction for business strategy of each SBU. The thesis consists of theoretical knowledge of the subject related to strategy and strategy analysis of current position of the company.
