This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of financial health of a company. The aim of this thesis was implementation of financial analysis - indexes of profitability, indebtedness, liquidity and activity and calculation of bankruptcy and solvency models, which are used for prediction of financial depression of company, f.e.: Altman ZETA score, Tafler bankruptcy model, IN99 and Grünwald solvency index. The thesis was focused on information capability of accounting statements and the important fact of this thesis was using Beneish M - Score model, which helps to reveal potential manipulation with accounting statements.

Accounting entities are obliged to do book-keeping according to valid laws, public orders and standards, so that at the end of every accounting period a financial statement could be made, which will provide truthful and honest image about the books and financial situation at the company. The highpoint of the work of every accountant is to correctly prepare a financial statement on time. The financial statement consists of a balance sheet, statements of profits and losses and attachements. Some companies can voluntarily, and some are obligated to, compile an overview of cash flows and an overview of the changes of the capital. All these statements/overviews are included in the financial statement and must be published in the business register. The statements provide information about the financial and property structure of a given accounting entity. They are an important source of information for all the stakeholders. The company management needs to have information about the financial state of the company, so that it can carry out the right decisions and also compare their accounting statements with the competition. Other users of the financial statement can be banks, creditors, employees and business partners, who also use the financial statement for the needs of their own analyses. The aim of this diploma thesis is an analysis of financial statements and their predicative ability in a particular accounting entity. In order to do so, a detailed analysis of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement in a given time period will be done. Then, methods of financial analysis will be used, which will focus on important parts of these statements in greater detail. In order to check the financial health of the company, one bankruptcy predicting model and one financial health predicting model will then be applied on a given accounting entity. In the last part of the diploma thesis, 3 detection models from creative book-keeping will be used to identify possible manipulation with accountant data. In the conclusion, all the discovered data will be drawn up into a comprehensive summary and possible suggestions will be proposed to the company management.

The goal of my diploma thesis is to give a comprehensive interpretation on the issue of accounts compiled by entities in the Czech Republic. I describe the operations and activities before, during and after its compilation. I also briefly refer to International Financial Reporting Standards and the appreciation of assets and liabilities. Finally I'm doing an analysis of a final accounts of the real company.

This diploma thesis deals with financial analysis of company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. The goal of this thesis is evaluation of financial health of company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. and say if the company is financial healthy and if there is no threat of future problems. This goal is reached by analysis of accounting statements, calculation of financial ratios, bankruptcy models and analysis of indicators of capital market.

This Master’s thesis Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development deals with analysis of the present situation of the company OTIS Escalators s.r.o.. The first part the company is presented. This includes also theoretical data. The aim of the other part is to reveal the real state of the company and on the basis of the findings a proposal how to improve the business development is submitted.

This Master’s thesis "Business plan" deals with evaluation of the current situation of the selected company. On the based of various analyzes is prepared a business plan for the introduction of new products of foreign producers on the Czech market. This thesis consists of theoretical part, the analysis of problems and proposal of own solution.

The thesis is focused on the business plan the future development of MESIT Fimes a.s. Thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical basis and practical part. The theoretical part is to serve as a source indicator for the creation of practical, which aims to analyze in detail the actual current condition for the creation of the greatest and most effective future development.

This master´s thesis is focused on the evalution of company Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. in years 2010 – 2012. The theoretical part describes an issue of company performance measurement and the practical part contains evaluating the performance the chosen company. The last part includes suitable suggestions to ensure the continued performance of the company.

My master´s thesis focuses on the processes involved in conduction of overall financial assessment of the company using financial analysis method. The aim of this thesis is to recommend actions for improving the current financial situation of the corporation Alfa Plastik, a.s. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part deals with the general characteristics of the company, the theoretical part describes the financial analysis procedure using new findings and ascertainments from literature. The practical part analyses the financial situation of the company through application of various financial analysis instruments and the final part pursues to actions proposed by me.

This master’s thesis deals with evaluace the financial situation of the company in the years 2002 - 2007 at the basis of selected methods of the financial analysis. The work includes proposals of possible solution contribute to improvement of the financial situation fo the firm.
