The first stage was conducted to find out how the practice of management or administration was programing, how the target group's academic formation integrating elements had been established, what evaluation the interviewed people made about the courses and which proposals they would present for the curriculum. The second stage answered questions about the intersubjectivity of social sciences, the indispensable qualities to the manager and the important information for constructing ideas, pursuing a proposal of an alternative curricular design to the Traditional Curriculum. The last stage aimed at studying the possibility of an effective introduction of curricular options, exc1usively, by emphasazing the proposal of what was called Curriculum by Theme, sufficiently simplified, where the intersubjectivity intercessions appeared in vertically by modules and the intermodular intercessions were made in horizontally by subjects. It is believed that such intercessions would help the students in building their necessary structure to acquire their own knowledge, in order to create habits of taking illations, making comparisons, coming to conc1usions, analysing the facts critically and having a global vision of the phenomenon they are studying. These intercessions could further help them in global comprehension of problems regarding the environment where they live. / o presente texto trata de um estudo de campo sobre Currículo de Graduação em Administração, realizado em três etapas. A primeira delas foi direcionada para saber como estava o exercício da profissão de administrador, como se constituíam os elementos integrantes da formação acadêmica do público-alvo, qual a avaliação que os entrevistados faziam dos cursos e que propostas apresentavam para o currículo. A segunda fase respondeu questões sobre a interdisciplinaridadade das ciências sociais, as qualidades imprescindíveis ao administrador e as informações importantes para a formação de idéias visando a propor um formato curricular alternativo ao Currículo Tradicional. A última fase destinou-se, exclusivamente, a pesquisar a possibilidade de introdução efetiva de opções curriculares, destacando-se a proposta do Currículo por Tema, onde apareceram as interseções interdisciplinares feitas, em sentido vertical, pelos módulos, e as interseções intermodulares realizadas, em sentido horizontal, pelas disciplinas. Acredita-se que tais interseções ajudariam os estudantes na construção do seu propno conhecimento, habituando-os a tirar ilações, a fazer comparações, a chegar a conclusões, a analisar os fatos criticamente e a ter visão de conjunto dos fenômenos. Elas poderiam, ainda, auxiliá-los na compreensão global dos problemas ligados ao ambiente em que vivem.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissertação Final Bruno Siqueira MEX 20150330.pdf: 4614134 bytes, checksum: 7619e6cb7b9d2c3c6f1d1bcea4be1098 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2015-01-15 / Considering the importance of corporate social responsibility contents for the contemporary society and corporations, this research aimed at observing with further details the official documents published by universities and higher education institutions which references were being made to corporate social responsibility, as defined by Elkington (1997), and the kind of education being offered by the undergrad business administration courses in the city of Rio de Janeiro. This research is based on content analysis of documents published in the world wide web by the undergrad courses, followed by a reflection through the theories of curriculum matrixes, aspects of sociology of professions and the possibility of a 'hidden' curriculum grid. We conclude that there is evidence of little focus dedicated to CSR-related contents in undergraduate courses, as well as a small percentage of time exclusively dedicated to these topics. Nonetheless, considering that curricula can be related to the maintenance of power and silencing of emerging contents for the maintenance of hegemonic interests, we note that we cannot find out whether CSR-related contents are being taught across the board through a 'hidden' curriculum as we have done a research based on content analysis of written documents. Thus, we leave an open possibility of further research to investigate this possibility. / Diante da importância dos conteúdos de responsabilidade social corporativa para a sociedade e empresas no mundo atual, a pesquisa foi realizada com o intuito de observar mais detalhadamente nos textos oficiais das instituições de ensino superior, as referencias à responsabilidade social corporativa, de acordo com Elkington (1997), e ao ensino oferecido em dez cursos de graduação em administração de empresas na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O trabalho se baseia na análise de conteúdo de documentos disponibilizados pelos cursos de graduação na rede mundial de computadores, seguido de reflexão por meio de lentes teóricas de matrizes curriculares, aspectos de sociologia das profissões e formação de grade oculta. Conclui-se que há evidências de pouco foco dedicado às questões de RSC nos cursos de graduação, assim como um pequeno percentual de carga horária dedicada exclusivamente ao tema. No entanto, levando em consideração que os currículos podem estar relacionados à manutenção de poder e o apaziguamento de conteúdos emergentes para manutenção de forças hegemônicas, observamos que não podemos averiguar por meio da pesquisa baseada em análise de conteúdo de documentos escritos se o conteúdo relacionado à RSC está sendo ensinado de forma transversal no currículo, deixando aberta a possibilidade de pesquisa adicional para averiguar tal possibilidade.
