No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2017-12-07 / In this thesis, it is intended to describe the contributions of a clinical listening guided by psychoanalysis in an institution that complies with socioeducative measure. Psychoanalysis contributes to privilege the singularity, locating how the subject was psychically constituted, as a way to deal with the law, placing himself in the social bond. The method used consisted of the ¿escuta-flâneire¿ for construction of narratives, philosophical contributions of Benjamin, also the "floating attention" of Freud, in order to sediment our observation, investigation and interpretation. We deduce that adolescence is signaled by the consequent bodily changes of the real of puberty and sexual drive. There is the task of taking a position in the social that is different from that of childhood and moving from the family to the culture. We realize that the same infraction, committed by several adolescents, will always be singular because it presents nuances related to the subjective position of the subject, the relation established with the law, with others and with the Other. We conclude that offering a listening guided by psychoanalysis allows adolescents to experience their subjective division, to name their anguish, uncertainty and malaise, supporting their choices. The act of infraction, in its dimension of acting-out, appears in the place of a saying, marks the subject in a before and after and should be seen within the social context, as to become an adolescent. In the chronological time of the measurement can happen the logical time of the subject and its subjective responsibility. We defend the insertion of psychoanalysis in the institutional and sociopolitical context, due to its ethical position and theoretical rigor with the certainty that, upon being listened to, the subject can subjectively assent. Clinical narratives. / Nesta tese, pretende-se descrever as contribuições de uma escuta clínica orientada pela psicanálise numa instituição de cumprimento de medida socioeducativa. A psicanálise contribui por privilegiar a singularidade, localizando como o sujeito se constituiu psiquicamente, como modo lida com a lei colocando-se no laço social. O método utilizado consistiu na ¿escuta-flâneire¿ para construção de narrativas, contribuições filosóficas de Benjamin, também a ¿atenção flutuante¿ de Freud, visando sedimentar nossa observação, investigação e interpretação. Depreendemos que a adolescência é sinalizada pelas mudanças corporais consequentes do real da puberdade e das pulsões sexuais. Há a tarefa de tomar posição no social diferente daquela da infância e deslocar do seio familiar para a cultura. Percebemos que um mesmo ato infracional, cometido por vários adolescentes, será sempre singular por apresentar nuances relativas à posição subjetiva do sujeito, a relação que estabelece com a lei, com os outros e com o Outro. Concluímos que a oferta de uma escuta orientada pela psicanálise, possibilita ao adolescente experimentar sua divisão subjetiva, nomear suas angústias, incertezas e mal-estar, sustentando suas escolhas. O ato infracional, em sua dimensão de acting-out, surge no lugar de um dizer, marca o sujeito num antes e um depois e deverá ser visto dentro do contexto social, como o adolescer. No tempo cronológico da medida pode acontecer o tempo lógico do sujeito e sua responsabilização subjetiva. Defendemos a inserção da psicanálise no contexto institucional e sociopolítico, devido ao seu posicionamento ético e rigor teórico com a certeza de que, ao ser escutado, o sujeito pode assentir-se subjetivamente. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2010-12-22 / This dissertation deals with the adolescent transition crisscrossed by the cancer experience proposing to investigate the subjective implications of this disease in teenagers and its consequent mutilations as well as the expressions of discomfort and the attempts to elaborate the mourning. The insertion of the psychoanalyst in the hospital and the possible psychoanalytic practice with adolescents were the starting points to consider the possibility of making the psychoanalytic research in dialogue with the health field. The listening of teenagers in hospitals evoked the first questions about the losses that reveal the vulnerability of the body and the psychic labor of adolescents in order to reintegrate the corporeal changes to their body image. Organic illness and the transformations of puberty should face the teenager to the Real of the body which will need to be reframed. To Psychoanalysis the adolescence is a singular moment of psychic organization involving a new position before the corporeal changes and events so to be recognized in a new subjective position. During this path clinical cases were used which evoked the theorization, based upon the framework of Psychoanalysis, about the body issues and the adolescent transition marked by cancer. The clinic calls the analyst to theorize about the effect of his practice so he can be an author, being the construction of the clinical case an elaboration of the analyst-researcher who tries to learn what comes out from transference: the subject. The psychoanalytic research will not be considered dissociated from the practice and the clinic as well as from being based upon ethics and the place of the analyst in the social bond. Keywords: adolescence; psychoanalysis; body; cancer; hospital. / Esta dissertação aborda a passagem adolescente entrecruzada pela experiência do câncer, propondo investigar as implicações subjetivas do câncer em adolescentes e das consequentes mutilações, bem como as expressões do mal-estar e as tentativas de elaboração do luto. A inserção do psicanalista no hospital e a prática psicanalítica possível com adolescentes foi o ponto de partida para considerar a possibilidade de fazer pesquisa psicanalítica em interlocução com o campo de saúde. A escuta com adolescentes no contexto hospitalar suscitou os primeiros questionamentos acerca das perdas que revelam a vulnerabilidade do corpo e do trabalho psíquico das adolescentes, a fim de reintegrar as mudanças corporais à imagem corporal. O adoecimento orgânico e as transformações da puberdade confrontariam o adolescente com o Real do corpo, que precisará ser ressignificado. A adolescência, para a psicanálise, é um momento singular de estruturação psíquica que envolve um novo posicionamento diante das mudanças corporais e dos acontecimentos para ser reconhecido numa nova posição subjetiva. Neste percurso, foram utilizados casos clínicos que evocaram a teorização, pautada no referencial psicanalítico, sobre as questões do corpo e da passagem adolescente marcada pelo câncer. A clínica convoca o analista a teorizar sobre o efeito da sua prática para poder ser autor, sendo a construção do caso clínico uma elaboração do analista-pesquisador que tenta apreender o que emerge na relação transferencial: o sujeito. A pesquisa em psicanálise será considerada como indissociada da prática e da clínica, também estando pautada na ética e no lugar do analista no laço social. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2018-10-31 / This dissertation debates the insertion of the psychoanalyst, as a professional who can provide a listening space for adolescents, in the Social Assistance System (SUAS), more specifically at Reference Centers for Social Assistance (CRAS). The action of government, and the creation of nations and societies are present in the work of Freud justifying the psychoanalytical approach to politics and social subjects to extrapolate from the individual to the collective level-of-analysis. The choice to apply psychoanalysis to the social field took into consideration that it cannot be separated from a clinic of the subject, founded not on diversity but on singularity, which is simultaneously a theoretical investigation. The politics of the Social Assistance System aims the collective, however, the universal of politics needs to be applied based upon an ethics able to sustain the singularity of each individual. We have used semistructured interviews with adolescents of both sexes, clinic listening in the institution, the adolescents' narratives were used to constitute the researcher¿s narrative as a methodological instrument to achieve the goal of the investigation. The psychoanalytical approach was used to analyse data. Even though CRAS is not a priori inside the psychoanalytical field of analysis, we argue that the psychoanalyst can contribute with a listening informed by a specific ethics and theory. As a result, the subject of rights and the subject of the psychoanalysis (subject of desire) can become one person. Keywords: Psychoanalysis; Social assistance; Adolescence; CRAS; Public policy. / Consiste em um estudo sobre a perspectiva de inserção do psicanalista, produzindo espaço de escuta, em uma clínica institucional, na célula de execução das políticas públicas de Assistência Social Básica - o Centro de Referência da Assistência Social (CRAS) que integra a rede de proteção básica do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS). Discutindo as possibilidades de escuta analítica do adolescente na assistência social. Não é de hoje que o campo psicanalítico tem se debruçado sobre questões políticas, sociais, individuais e coletivas, partindo de um debate com um tema amplo que é o governar, a instituição de um Estado e de uma sociedade, temas presentes na obra Freudiana. Foi utilizado a psicanálise por considerar sua indissociabilidade com a prática clínica, que implica na lógica do um - a - um onde o trabalho analítico é concomitante ao de investigação. A política pública de assistência social visa o coletivo, todavia, o ¿para todos¿ da política necessita ser aplicado a partir de uma ética que sustente o ¿cada um¿, reconhecendo a singularidade de cada usuário. Valendo-se de entrevistas não dirigidas em encontros com adolescentes de ambos os sexos, que denominamos de escuta clínica na instituição, utilizamos das falas dos adolescentes para construir as narrativas da pesquisadora como instrumento metodológico aplicado e assim trabalhar o objeto de investigação. A análise dos dados foi realizada sob a ótica da psicanálise. Apesar do CRAS não ser a priori o campo da psicanálise, defendemos que o psicanalista pode contribuir com sua escuta singular, seu posicionamento ético e rigor teórico. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2015-12-14 / This is a study about sexual abuse and their implications on adolescence using psychoanalysis as theoretical and practical reference. The main objective of this research was to know the subjective implications related to sexual abuse in adolescence by adopting a psychoanalytic listening. In order to achieve this, we set two specific objectives. In the first one, we resumed a bibliographic study about sexual abuse in adolescence in the areas of Psychology and Psychoanalysis, considering the experience of sexual abuse as traumatic, we presented the conception of trauma in Freud, Ferenczi and Winnicott ¿ starting from the Freudian conceptions of repetition compulsion and psychic process, as well as the conceptions of Ferenczi about the psychic destinies of trauma: identification with the aggressor and thee traumatic progression, and Winnicott¿s contribution about the environmental failure. As second objective, we proposed to think about the possible psychic destinies given to the experiences of sexual abuse by female teenagers. For that purpose, we planned two clinical cases who denounced violence of sexual abuse in the Police Station of Fight to Exploitation to Children and Teenagers (DCECA). For the construction of clinical cases, we used the method of therapeutic counselling or psychotherapeutic interview, according to the conception of Winnicott. According to the study of the cases, we observed that teenagers had a life story in such a specific family context presenting psychic features that preceded the experience of sexual abuse, since the first object relations are constructed in the relationship with the mother and are essential for the constitution of the subjective identity and the establishment of the relations to the world. In the abuse relation, we noticed that violence of abuse cannot be translated only by the sexual relation, but mainly by the identification models of the relations established with the parents¿ models, especially with the mothers. We emphasize that in trauma, the psyche, can exclude the area of representation, the excess of drive, therefore determining primitive ways of organization in which the traumatic, prevented from being expressed by the word, is expressed in acts and bodily marks. Besides, the contribution of psychoanalysis to the clinic of trauma occurs mainly my emphasizing the psychic process of trauma. As a conclusion, beyond the situation of sexual harassment, there is the unique experience of every subject that varies accord to the singularity and life history of each person and, therefore, the public policies, whether in mental health, social assistance, law, must take into account the singularities of each subject, going beyond what is considered as normalization. Trauma. Therapeutic Counselling / Consiste em um estudo sobre o abuso sexual e suas implicações na adolescência, utilizando como referencial teórico e técnico a Psicanálise. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral conhecer, por meio da escuta psicanalítica, as implicações subjetivas referentes ao abuso sexual na adolescência. Neste intuito, estabelecemos dois objetivos específicos. No primeiro, retomamos um estudo bibliográfico acerca do abuso sexual na adolescência nos campos da Psicologia e da Psicanálise, considerando a vivência de abuso sexual como traumática, apresentamos a concepção de trauma em Freud, Ferenczi e Winnicott ¿ a partir das noções freudianas de compulsão à repetição e elaboração psíquica, bem como das concepções de Ferenczi sobre os destinos psíquicos do trauma: identificação com o agressor e progressão traumática, e a contribuição winnicottiana sobre falha ambiental. Como segundo objetivo, nos propusemos pensar sobre quais os possíveis destinos psíquicos dados às experiências de abuso sexual pelas adolescentes. Para tal, elaboramos dois casos clínico-institucionais a partir de consultas terapêuticas com adolescentes que denunciaram violência de abuso sexual na Delegacia de Combate à Exploração da Criança e do Adolescente (DCECA). Mediante as consultas terapêuticas, verificamos que as adolescentes traziam uma história de vida em um contexto familiar específico, apresentando marcas psíquicas que antecedem a vivência do abuso, já que as primeiras relações objetais são constituídas na relação com a mãe-ambiente e essenciais para a constituição da identidade subjetiva e estabelecimento das relações com o mundo. Ademais, a contribuição da Psicanálise para a compreensão do impacto do abuso sexual no desenvolvimento e funcionamento psíquico se dá, fundamentalmente, pela compreensão dos processos mentais relativos ao funcionamento psíquico, sobretudo no aprofundamento do conhecimento sobre a singularidade dos destinos psíquicos dados a experiência traumática pelas adolescentes. No que concerne à clínica do trauma, a Psicanálise faz uma aposta na elaboração psíquica do trauma. Enfatizamos que, no trauma, o psiquismo pode excluir do campo da representação, o excesso pulsional, determinando assim, modos primitivos de organização em que o traumático, impedido de representar-se pela palavra, é expresso em atos e marcas corporais. Em conclusão, para além da situação de abuso sexual, há uma vivência única para cada sujeito, que varia de acordo com a singularidade e a história de vida de cada um, portanto as políticas públicas, seja no âmbito jurídico, assistencial ou de saúde mental, devem considerar as singularidades de cada sujeito, indo além do que está posto como normatização. Diferentes contextos e múltiplas repercussões associam-se a cada vivência de abuso sexual, que deve ser analisada em sua complexidade e em sua particularidade. Palavras chave: Abuso Sexual.
