El presente estudio de investigación se titula “Eficacia del Programa Educativo “Construyendo mi Proyecto de Vida” en el nivel de conocimientos de las adolescentes de la Institución Educativa Augusto Salazar Bondi, en el año 2009”, y tiene como objetivo general determinar la Eficacia del Programa Educativo “Construyendo mi Proyecto de Vida” en el nivel de conocimientos de las adolescentes. Este estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, cuyo diseño de investigación es analítico, preexperimental. La población está conformada por todas las estudiantes del tercer y cuarto grado de educación secundaria, y por medio de un muestreo aleatorio por conglomerados se obtiene la muestra de 115 estudiantes, en las que se mide el nivel de conocimientos sobre la construcción de un Proyecto de Vida antes y después de intervenir con el Programa Educativo “Construyendo mi Proyecto de Vida”, utilizando un cuestionario que mide el nivel de conocimientos en rangos alto, medio y bajo; la validez y la confiabilidad estadística del instrumento se aceptaron utilizando el Coeficiente de Correlación R de Pearson, en el que se obtuvo un R mayor a 0,2 y el Coeficiente de Confiabilidad Alfa de Crombach, donde α es mayor a 0,6. La comprobación de la hipótesis se realizó a través de la Prueba de t-de Student. La adolescencia es una etapa de grandes decisiones, por lo que es importante guiar a la persona con un plan de vida que le permita desenvolverse mejor en su futuro, el adolescente con un proyecto de vida desarrolla conductas protectoras que le evitan situaciones de riesgo; por lo que la presente investigación propone el modelo pedagógico Cognitivo Conductual, basándose en el Aprendizaje Significativo por Recepción de Ausubel en el Programa Educativo “Construyendo mi Proyecto de vida”, que guía a los adolescentes a construir su propio plan de vida. El Afrontamiento se define como es cualquier actividad que el individuo puede poner en marcha, tanto de tipo cognitivo como de tipo conductual, con el fin de enfrentarse a una determinada situación. Por lo tanto, los recursos de afrontamiento del individuo están formados por todos aquellos pensamientos, reinterpretaciones, conductas, etc; que se observan en este grupo etáreo adolescente cuando esta en pleno desarrollo de su madurez personal y desarrollo social mediante el estilo de vida que lleva. Esto justifica la realización del presente titulado Nivel De Afrontamiento De Los Adolescentes En Relación A Su Madurez Personal Y Estilos De Vida, Del I.E “ Soberano Militar del Malta ”, Del Distrito De Villa Maria Del Triunfo, en el 2009, el objetivo es Determinar el nivel de afrontamiento de los adolescentes en relación a su madurez personal y estilos de vida de la Institución Educativa. Material y Método: El estudio fue descriptivo, de corte transversal, con la población de 233 adolescentes que cursan el segundo año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Soberana Militar del Malta”, la técnica que se utilizó fué la encuesta y el instrumento la Escala de Afrontamiento a los adolescentes modificada correspondiente a una medición de nivel ordinal. Resultados: El 69% de los adolescentes poseen un nivel de afrontamiento medio,en relación a su madurez personal, revelando en relación a sus características de la madurez personal: la autonomía y expectativas futuras cuentan con un 57% y 58% respectivamente con nivel bajo de afrontamiento. El 83% de la población adolescente posee un nivel de afrontamiento medio-alto con tendencia al medio en relación a los estilos de vida. Analiza la relación existente entre la agresión y los estilos de afrontamiento en adolescentes pertenecientes a dos instituciones educativas estatales de la Provincia Constitucional del Callao. La muestra está conformada por 569 escolares (291 varones y 278 mujeres) entre los 14 y 18 años de edad. Es una investigación descriptiva correlacional. Administra el Cuestionario de Agresión de Buss y Perry (AQ) para conocer las dimensiones y niveles de la agresión, y el test Escalas de Afrontamiento para adolescentes de Frydenberg y Lewis (ACS) para conocer el grado de uso de las estrategias y estilos de afrontamiento al estrés. Encuentra asociación estadísticamente significativa entre los niveles de baja y alta agresión con el grado de uso de las estrategias del estilo de afrontamiento de resolver el problema. En cuanto a la diferencia según sexo para la variable agresión, solo se obtienen diferencias significativas en la dimensión de agresión física, siendo mayor en varones. En relación a las estrategias de afrontamiento al estrés, se han encontrado diferencias significativas según sexo para ciertas estrategias, siendo mayor en mujeres las de concentrarse en resolver el problema, esforzarse y tener éxito, fijarse en lo positivo, buscar apoyo espiritual, preocuparse, falta de afrontamiento y reducción de la tensión; y para hombres, las de buscar diversiones relajantes, distracción física, acción social e ignorar el problema. / Tesis
