Considerations are given to - Characterization and quantification of surface properties of these systems. - Application of a foam fractionation process to the system at different concentrations. The behavior of the system during liquid-gas adsorption is suggested and a relationship between excess of surface concentration and its bulk concentration is proposed / Mestrado / Mestre em Engenharia de Alimentos
