Theses of master, 74 pages, 16 pictures, 19 tables, 30 references, 2 appendixes in Lithuanian. Key words: country reform, agrarian reform, individual farm, individual farming system, village. The object of research is the individual farming system. The subject of research is the assumptions and politics of the renewal of individual farming system. The problem of research: 1. There is no solid state policy towards individual farms and village patterns; 2. There is not any research which would be based on the demand of individual farms’ renewal (regeneration, new work) 3. There is no finance to rebuilt, regenerate, there is no demand and balance of the finance; 4. There is shortage of specialists’ recommendations, standards of individual farms’ projects from which farmers could choose, matching the size, specialization and region peculiarity of the farm. The aim of work – to estimate the individual farming system’s evaluation, formation, factors of decline, the possibilities and expedience of renewal. Hypothesis: the part of extinct individual farms will be renewed or founded and rebuilt. This system will be coordinated with village system. Agrarian business will not be developed in all the renewed (founded) individual farms. Goals: 1. To explore the development and its factors of individual farming system in Lithuania; 2.
