Wealth, well-being and the standard of living of the population are among the most important topics of economic policy and statistics. This diploma thesis deals with statistical concepts of wealth measurement, especially the wealth of households. The aim of the thesis is to introduce various indicators that deal with the mentioned issues. This thesis will describe Gross Domestic Product, Household Consumption, EU-SILC Survey, or Alternative Indicators Assessing the Living Standard of the Population. The most important indicator characterizing the wealth of households will be the net worth of households. On the presented indicators I will describe the development of wealth of households in the Czech Republic since 1993. Another part of the thesis is focused on describing the relationship between net worth and other indicators of wealth through cointegration analysis of time series. In this cointegration analysis, the ADL model and the EC model will be used. The last part of the thesis is aimed at the international comparison of the wealth of households within selected European countries. For this comparison will be use a cluster analysis to build clusters of states with a similar household wealth.

The thesis deals with the issue of the implementation of the corporate information system of the ERP category, specifically the introduction of the module of APO for SAP in the chosen manufacturing company. The work presents the theoretical fundamentals describing the basics of ERP along with available methodologies, the implementation of these systems. Also analyzes the frequent causes of delayed implementation projects and provides the basis for the search for the causes of the problems. In the next section it is made an overall analysis of the current state of the ERP system in the company. At the conclusion of this work are defined recommendations, which can be prevented critical factors and implementation could be completed according to the established timetable.

The master’s thesis deals with the aggregate reviews of the economic situation of one joint-stock company, primarily using statistical methods. The goal will be to analyse the data by these means, to compare them, to make the conclusions and suggestions for improvement. From the knowledge of historical data and forecasting preconditions for the future the company will gain clearer image about its development and future directions.

The diploma thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company Niveko s.r.o. in between years 2011 to 2018. The theoretical part describes financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. The analytical part contains calculations of financial indicators, some of which are selected for statistical analysis, which is used to determine the expected development of indicators in the next two years or to reveal the dependence between selected indicators. The last part contains suggestions for improving the current economic situation of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with project proposal for development and implementation of application that will focus on reporting of the company’s IT department, which will support human resources planning. The thesis contains an analysis of a specific company, for which the proposal is developed using tools and methods of project management, whose knowledges are explained in the introductory part of this thesis.

This diploma thesis is focused on using statistical methods of technical analysis of stocks. The teoretical part describes basic principals of regression and technical analysis with a description of the technical indicators that are used to predict the future development of share prices and finding appropriate moment to buy or sell stocks. The results of the analysis is the comparison of indicators and their applicability to trade the stock titles.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse visitation of the zoological garden in Brno and to make recommendations which could result in higher values of visitation. The major causes of the fluctuation in visitation are found out and the econometric model is created. Due to this model, we can predict the future values of the reference indicator. In order to determine the interdependence between Zoo Brno attendance and the number of guests accommodated in the South Moravian Region, the econometrics model of South Moravia Region visitation was created too. Based on the analysis of external and internal environment, recommendations which could positively influence Zoo Brno attractiveness and number of its visitors are suggested. All used methods of analysis and creating model are presented in the theoretical part of this diploma thesis.

Věra Mansfeldová: Time-resolved potentiometry on liquid-liquid interface (Dissertation thesis) Abstract The aim of this work is to explore the method of temporal resolution in potentiometry as a new prospective electrochemical analytical technique. In connection with interface of two immiscible electrolyte solutions (ITIES) it may find utilization in analytical chemistry. This technique up to my knowledge has not been published yet. Potential response of analyte on liquid/liquid interface includes both distribution processes, their temporal resolution and redox processes, which specificity can modified by changing the composition of individual phases. Unlike "classic" potentiometric techniques, limited just to potential determination, this method, which I have given the working name "time resolved potentiometry at liquid-liquid interface" utilizes time development of potential response, which was found to be an analyte-specific function. The time resolved potentiometry presented in this work includes time course of potential response to analytical parameters specific for particular analyte. It brings series of data characterizing the analyte in given environment in a similar manner as spectra and may allow creating analyte-specific data package - fingerprint. This work aims to describe the topological changes in neural functional connectivity networks of neocortex and hippocampus during slow-wave sleep (SWS) in animals submited to a novel experience exposure. Slow-wave sleep is an important sleep stage where occurs reverberations of electrical activities patterns of wakeness, playing a fundamental role in memory consolidation. Although its importance there s a lack of studies that characterize the topological dynamical of functional connectivity networks during that sleep stage. There s no studies that describe the topological modifications that novel exposure leads to this networks. We have observed that several topological properties have been modified after novel exposure and this modification remains for a long time.
