This diploma thesis is focused on the risk analysis of a selected production process of the company SIK METAL s.r.o. The work is divided into three parts, the theoretical part, then the analysis of the current state and the design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts that relate to risks. These theoretical findings are then applied in the second part of the work, where risk identification is performed using various types of analysis. Based on selected analyzes, proposals and recommendations are proposed in the final part of the diploma thesis. Proposals and recommendations contain financial quantifications.

The thesis contains risk analysis of the investment construction projects. The theoretical part is focused on risk definition, types of risks and risk management methods. Further there is various risk analysis in investment projects described. In the practical part is the evaluation of economic efficiency including the risk assessment in development project of the company Prologis.

This thesis is about hazardous of ETL processes in their data warehouse. In the first part of this thesis I have defined the ETL processes and the aim of this thesis. The second part is about theoretical solutions needed to create a data warehouse, the definition of ETL processes and discovering potential risks. The third part is about discovering potential risks of ETL processes using an analysis and risk assessment. This part also includes a control of the potential risks. The fourth part concentrates on modifying the ETL processes to prevent potential risks. An important part of this chapter is an emergency plan containing necessary processes which must be applied in case of a risk. The fifth part of this thesis is a summary of all knowledge found during the analysis and development.

This diploma thesis deals with risk management of a selected company. The described company is called PLASTIC BOX CZ, Ltd. and it is engaged in the manufacture of plastic products. The theoretical part contains the definition of components, which are mainly identification, analysis and methods to reduce individual risks. Appropriate analytical methods related to the risk management process are subsequently defined. In the analytical part, risks of the business entity are identified using selected methods. Risk analysis is performed by the FMEA analysis and elaborated in the specific process of running the company. The last part of this thesis includes the design of a risk management system of operating the company PLASTIC BOX CZ, Ltd., which is meant to ensure minimization and prevention of possible risks.

This master's thesis focuses on the knowledge of risk management. The core of this issue contains risk management process, risk identification, monitoring and risk analysis. The text in the first part explains stages of identifying the risks and the methodology used. The aim was to create, after a thorough analysis, the detailed design, then proceed to implementing individual parts of the system and to create a functional system for the support of identification of risks in IT projects. The system was implemented in PHP programming language, working with the MySQL database system on the database level. In the end there is an assessment and discussion of possible expansion.

O risco de produtividade afeta diretamente a renda do produtor rural, mas existem diversas ferramentas de administração que visam diminuir esses riscos. O trabalho apresenta, a partir de uma revisão abrangente da literatura, os possíveis ganhos e perdas que a diversificação espacial como controle de risco oferecem ao produtor rural. Através de mapas que apresentam medidas estatísticas de dispersão e evidenciam o efeito da distância e da direção geográfica na correlação da produtividade da soja entre regiões, pode-se mostrar como a diversificação espacial pode beneficiar o produtor rural. Com a utilização de dados do IBGE e de métodos estatísticos bayesianos foram estimados prêmios líquidos de seguro para a soja e estudado o efeito da diversificação espacial no cálculo desses prêmios de seguro. Os resultados obtidos ao longo do trabalho permitem concluir que as produtividades variam espacialmente com mais intensidade no sentido da latitude (leste-oeste) do que no sentido da longitude (norte-sul). Ainda, foi possível verificar que o cálculo da taxa de prêmio líquido de seguro a partir da regressão das produtividades anteriores retorna valores mais baixos do que quando calculada pela média desses dados e que a diversificação espacial reduz o prêmio médio do seguro em comparação a quando o seguro é calculado para cada município individualmente. / The productivity risk affects the income of the rural producer directly but several administration tools that seek to reduce those risks exist. The work presents, starting from an including revision of the literature, the possible earnings and losses that the space diversification as risk control offers to the rural producer. Through maps that present statistical measures of dispersion and they evidence the effect of the distance and of the geographical direction in the correlation of the productivity of the soy among areas, it can be shown as the space diversification can benefit the rural producer. With the use of data of IBGE and of statitical bayesian methods they were dear liquid prizes of insurance for the soy and studied the effect of the space diversification in the calculation of those prizes of safe. The results obtained along the work allow to conclude that the productivities vary espacialmente with more intensity in the latitudinal direction (east-west) than in the longitudinal direction (north-south). Still, it was possible to verify that the calculation of the tax of liquid prize of insurance starting from the regression of the previous productivities returns lower values than when made calculations by the average of those data and that the space diversification reduces the medium prize of the insurance in comparison with when the insurance is calculated for each municipal district individually.

Risk management is a process through which organizations are methodically devoted to the risks associated with their activities in order to get the biggest benefit from their business. It is also a rapidly developing field, where there is a variety of different approaches, methods, methodologies and standards in which may be little confusing. Therefore, this work offers a comprehensive and systematic view on the issue of risk analysis and management. Risk analysis is a cornerstone for effective security management of each company used for identification, description and quantification of risks, which should lead to acceptance of suitable measures for risk treatment. That is the reason why it requires a careful and methodical procedure described in this work. The main objective of this work is to analyse different approaches to risk analysis and management and thus highlight the importance of information security and protection of corporate assets. This approaches need to be understood as a different levels of detail of conducted risk analysis which will depend on initial maturity level (according to the CMM -- Capability Maturity Model) of information security process. The theoretical part of this thesis will explain relevant methodologies, techniques and procedure of risk analysis based on the ISO 27005 standard. From this part reader should learn what risk analysis is, what is it used for, how can it be carried out and what standards and methods can be used. The practical part will solve a real risk analysis project, which will demonstrate application of information obtained in the theoretical part.

Master's thesis focuses on proposal for the implementation of security measures in the software development company. Theoretical section defines chosen information security terms. Analytical section deals with analysis and assessment of current security situation in the company. Solution proposal contains risk analysis, proposal of security measures for risk treatment and economic evaluation.

This master's thesis deals with the issue of risk management in the selected company, which focuses mainly on production of technical fabrics. The theoretical basis of the thesis includes the definition of basic concepts related to risk management, identification, analysis and evaluation, as well as the precise procedures established according to the relevant ISO standards issued by the Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing. The following section describes the current situation in the company, including introducing a process that identifies and identifies risks. These are then evaluated by the FMEA analysis and measures are proposed to reduce, possibly eliminate the risks.
