New methods for measurement of cerebral blood flow, cerebral metabolic rate and depth of anaesthesia are developed and validated. The final studies show that distribution of propofol to the brain is dependent on cardiac output. / Thesis (Ph.D.)--University of Adelaide, Dept. of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, 1997?
