SANTRAUKA APSINUODIJUSIŲ ALKOHOLIU BEI JO SUROGATAIS ASMENŲ BIOPSICHOEMOCINĖS BŪKLĖS ĮVERTINIMAS IR SLAUGOS POREIKIŲ NUSTATYMAS Reikšmingi žodžiai: apsinuodijimas alkoholiu bei jo surogatais, slaugos poreikiai CIWA-Ar klausimynas, HAD skalė, Barthel indeksas. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti apsinuodijusių alkoholiu bei jo surogatais asmenų biopsichoemocinę būklę ir nustatyti slaugos poreikius. Tyrimo medžiaga ir metodai. Tyrime dalyvavo 217 gydytų stacionare pacientų (161 vyras ir 56 moterys), kuriems nustatyta diagnozė – apsinuodijimas alkoholiu ir/ar jo surogatais. Atlikta anoniminė anketinė apklausa. Respondentų biopsichoemocinės būklės vertinimui ir slaugos poreikiams nustatyti naudoti trys klausimynai: CIWA-Ar, HAD skalė ir Barthel indeksas. Be šių klausimynų, tiriamųjų buvo papildomai klausiama apie jų išsilavinimą, socialinę, šeimyninę padėtį, alkoholio vartojimą, prašyta įvertinti pagalbos poreikį visose gyvybinėse veiklose 10 balų sistemoje. Statistinė duomenų analizė atlikta naudojant statistinės analizės SPSS (v. 8.00), “Excel 2002” programas. Apskaičiuoti šie statistiniai rodikliai: imties dydis (N), standartinis nuokrypis (SN), &#967;², duomenys laikyti statistiškai reikšmingais, kai p<0,05. Rezultatai. Tyrime dalyvavo 217 apsinuodijusiųjų alkoholiu bei jo surogatais: 161 vyras ir 56 moterys. Daugiausia apklaustųjų buvo 30-39 metų amžiaus grupėje.
