This report describes a bachelor thesis whose main task has been to develop a concept for a new product that allows the use of a mobile phone as a dive computer. This is relevant because it will help dive centers to attract new divers and increase their enthusiasm by making the sport easier and more social. A concept study has been initiated with the initial phases of Liedholm's established product development methodology but with its own interpretation of the concept development and resulted in a final concept of the product. This concept has been developed and designed to be ergonomic with the help of a market research. The remaining design has been made with respect to manufacturing, strength calculations and innovative ideas originating in existing products. This work has resulted in a fully developed and dimensioned concept with associated design documentation in the form of both 3D models and drawings. The result was checked against a list of design criteria that was developed for the entire product development process at the beginning of the work and met 19 of the 31 points. A 3D printed prototype containing the four main elements has also been delivered that gave a positive feel of future use. The work is considered to have given good results which are useful in further design. Since work only deals with a small part of the overall product development, some design and production work remains before a finished product can be launched on the market. This includes, among other things, detailed calculations regarding sealing and buoyancy, a attachment device for comfortable and safe use, production characteristics and a thorough market research. / Denna rapport beskriver ett examensarbete vars huvudsakliga uppgift har varit att ta fram ett förslag på en ny produkt åt Aqwary AB som tillåter användning av en mobiltelefon som dykdator. Detta är relevant då det ska hjälpa dykcenter att intressera nya dykare och öka deras entusiasm genom att göra sporten både enklare och mer social. En konceptstudie har initierats med de inledande faserna i Liedholms etablerade produktutvecklingsmetod och avslutats med en egen tolkning av konceptframtagningen och resulterat i ett slutkoncept. Detta koncept har vidareutvecklats och designats för att vara ergonomiskt med hjälp av en marknadsundersökning. Resterande design har skett med hänsyn till tillverkning, hållfasthetsberäkningar samt nyskapande idéer med ursprung i befintliga produkter.Arbetet har resulterat i ett fullt utvecklat och dimensionerat koncept med tillhörande konstruktionsunderlag i form av både 3D-modeller och ritningar. Resultatet stämdes av mot en KKL som togs fram för hela produktutvecklingsprocessen i början av arbetet och det uppfyllde 19 av 31 punkter. Det har också skapats en 3D-utskriven prototyp innehållande de fyra viktigaste delarna av konceptet som gav en positiv känsla av framtida användning. Arbetet anses ha givit goda resultat som är användbara vid vidare konstruktion.Eftersom arbetet endast behandlar en tidig konceptutveckling återstår konstruktions- och produktionsarbete innan en färdigställd produkt kan lanseras på marknaden. I detta arbete innefattas bland annat ingående beräkningar gällande tätning och flytkraft, fästanordning för komfortabel och säker användning, tillverkningsegenskaper samt en noggrann marknadsundersökning av efter efterfrågan på produkten och önskade funktioner produkten skulle erhålla.
