Úroveň koordinačních schopností sportovních gymnastek mladšího školního věku / Level of coordination abilities of young school age artistic gymnasts

Bendová, Eva January 2012 (has links)
This master thesis focuses on the influence that artistic gymnastics has on the coordination abilities of young school age girls. The purpose of this thesis was to use motor tests in the field to compare the level of coordination abilities of young school age artistic gymnasts with that of non-sporting girls. The tests results were subsequently statistically evaluated and commented upon. Another aim of the thesis was to compare the coordination abilities of artistic gymnasts aged 6 - 8 years with those of artistic gymnasts aged 9 - 11 years whilst they were undertaking particular tests. From the tests results it can be seen that artistic gymnastics has a positive effect on the level of the childrens coordination abilities. This finding is supported by the fact that in all tests the artistic gymnasts succeeded better than the non-sporting girls. Of the two groups the older girls (9 - 11 years) were more succesful than the younger group (6 - 8 years). The theoretical part of the thesis describes the Child's Motor Development, emphasizing the relationship between coordination abilities and young school age. It discusses the environment of the branch of sport called "women's artistic gymnastics" and the need for the children's sports training.

A formação esportiva na ginástica artística feminina: o desenvolvimento das categorias pré-infantil e infantil no Brasil. / Initial sportive training in women\'s artistic gymnastics: the development of formative categories (9-12 years old) in Brazil.

Initial sportive training in women\'s artistic gymnastics: the development of formative categories (9-12 years old) in Brazil. 2018. 189f. Thesis (Master\"s Degree) - School of Physical Education and Sports of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo, Ribeirão Preto, 2018. When we investigate the process of high-level training in the women\"s artistic gymnastics, we realize the athlete\"s initial development and basic training should be based on the extensive preparation of elementary postural control skills and gymnastics basic movement patterns (RUSSELL, 2008a). These fundamentals are essential for advancing with safety and quality in high-level sports performance. Thus, this study intends to describe and analyze how WAG training in formative categories (9-12 years old) has been developed in Brazil, from the discourse of experienced coaches. For data collection, we performed a semi-structured interview. For data analysis, we used the Content Analysis technique proposed by Bardin (2010). Throughout this study, we revealed procedures and methods used by coaches to develop these categories. We noticed the influence of the pre-established culture in the modality on several training aspects, such as specialization age, training frequency and load, and development of skills. On the other hand, we also noticed a constant concern of the coaches with excellence in the athletes\" sportive development, aiming for high level performance. Keywords: Women\"s Artistic Gymnastics. Kinematická a kinetická analýza skoků ve sportovní gymnastice / Kinematic and kinetic analysis of artistic gymnastic jumps

Benetková, Hana January 2016 (has links)
Title: Kinematic and kinetic analysis of artistic gymnastic jumps Objectives: The aim of my master thesis is execution of kinematic - kinetic analysis of jumps in artistic gymnastics, processing data, counting force moment, which does the rotation around ventrodorsal axis, means abduction and adduction motion and recount normalized moment (moment share by body weight). Methods: The kinematic - kinetic analysis of jumps in artistic gymnastics was done by using systems Qualysis Motion Capture System and Kistler. Results: We have been researching four different gymnastic jumps in this study. Four healthy individuals underwent the measurement. They have done each jump in free valid times. There was measured abduction moment of knee joint in each jump. Adduction moments were present only in 32 % cases and lot of them hasn't significant value. There was measured abduction moment in bounces in each jump, value of standardized adduction moment wasn't signifiant. There was measured just abduction moments in dismounts of non-rotational jumps. In dismounts of rotational jumps (around longitudinal axes) was measured abduction and also adduction moment. Values of normalized abduction moments were between 0,3 - 11 m2 .s-2 . Values of normalized adduction moments were between 0 - 10 m2 .s-2 . Highest values of...

Faktory ovlivňující výuku sportovní gymnastiky na druhém stupni základní školy / Factors influencing the inclusion of artistic gymnastics at the lower secondary school

Vajglová, Kateřina January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on the factors influencing the teaching of sport gymnastics at lower secondary school. It was found out when the teachers met themselves with the teaching of artistic gymnastic, their opinions of the inclusion of sport gymnastics in school physical education, the material equipment of the gym at their disposal and the risks of possible injuries. The inclusion of sport gymnastics into the school educational program will be described in the theoretical part. The practical part is compare the results of questionnaires answered by teachers from the primary and lower secondary school and completed by an interview. Závodní úzkost u sportovních gymnastek: Vztah k věku a délce sportovní kariéry / Competitive anxiety in female gymnasts: Association with age and length of sports career

Lipšanová, Tereza January 2021 (has links)
Title: Competitive anxiety in female gymnasts: Association with age and length of sports career Objectives: The main aim of the diploma thesis is to describe levels of competitive anxiety and its association to age and length of sports career in young female gymnasts from Prague. Methods: The thesis has a character of empirical and theoretical research and includes elements of quantitative research with an application of a survey. Specifically the thesis represents a cross-sectional study. A multidimensional questionnaire, the Competitive state anxiety investory-2 was administered to a sample of N = 18 female gymnasts. The questionnaire consists of three subscales measuring: somatic anxiety, cognitive anxiety, self-confidence. Data were analyzed using basic descriptive statistics, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to examine the hypotheses about relationships. Results: The results have shown that age is related to somatic and cognitive anxiety, whereas both components of competitive anxiety increase with increasing age. On the other hand age was not associated with self- confidence. The length of sports career was positively associated with somatic anxiety and self-confidence, however was not related to cognitive anxiety. Keywords: activation, emotions, cognitive anxiety, somatic...
