Verifica como funciona sua gest?o, com os seguintes objetivos: a) Examinar se os objetivos do programa relacionados ?s atividades dos professores est?o sendo implementados conforme os documentos oficiais; b) Analisar se existe um acompanhamento das atividades do programa quanto ?s atividades dos professores; c) Identificar se os professores desenvolvem atividades utilizando os ambientes e recursos tecnol?gicos da internet. A pesquisa traz como quest?o central: Como o ProInfo est? subsidiando as atividades dos professores envolvidos no programa de modo a atingir seus objetivos de forma eficaz? Como hip?tese central do trabalho, no sentido de ser um norte geral para a pesquisa, temos: o ProInfo estabelece um elo fr?gil e descont?nuo entre a gest?o das atividades dos professores e os objetivos a que ele se prop?e. A hip?tese foi validada a partir da an?lise dos dados da pesquisa de campo, quando encontramos uma s?rie de aspectos limitantes da efic?cia do programa em ?mbito municipal. Essa investiga??o ocorreu com os gestores da rede estadual e municipal de ensino e com os professores, utilizando uma amostra de quatro das escolas do munic?pio de Parnamirim/RN, de modo a contemplar alguns aspectos relacionados ? gest?o do programa em n?vel municipal e a efic?cia dos objetivos propostos, com foco nos professores que participaram das capacita??es. O processo metodol?gico consistiu da revis?o bibliogr?fica, entrevistas e an?lise documental efetivada junto aos ?rg?os respons?veis pelo ProInfo em n?vel estadual (UNDIME/RN) e em n?vel municipal, junto ? Secretaria Municipal de Educa??o de Parnamirim-RN. Com base nos dados coletados da pesquisa do campo/emp?rico, constatou-se que o ProInfo carece de avalia??es peri?dicas por parte dos ?rg?os gestores do programa, acerca das a??es desenvolvidas, atrav?s de instrumentais adequados, que possibilitem uma visualiza??o mais realista dos resultados do programa, ex post (durante ou ap?s a implementa??o) / The dissertation assesses aspects of the management of IT in Education Program (ProInfo), in the municipality of Parnamirim-RN. Checks as their management functions, with the following objectives: a) Examine whether the objectives of the activities related to teachers' program are being implemented according to the official documents, b) examine if there is a monitoring program activities as the activities of teachers c) Identify whether teachers develop activities and environments using the technological resources of the internet. The research brings a central issue: How ProInfo is subsidizing the activities of the teachers involved in the program to achieve their goals effectively? As a central hypothesis of this work, to be a general north to the research, we have: the ProInfo establishes a fragile and discontinuous link between the management of the activities of teachers and the goals that he sets. The hypothesis was validated by the analysis of data from field research, when we encounter a series of limiting aspects of program effectiveness at the municipal level. This research was undertaken with managers of state and municipal schools and teachers, using a sample of four schools Parnamirim-RN, in order to include some aspects of program management at the municipal level and effectiveness goals proposed, focusing on teachers who participated in the training. The methodological process consisted of literature review, interviews and documentary analysis carried to the organs responsible for ProInfo statewide (UNDIME/RN ) and municipal level, next to the Municipal Education Parnamirim-RN. Based on data collected from empirical field research, it was found that the ProInfo lacks periodic reviews by the governing bodies of the program, about the actions developed through appropriate instruments, which enable a more realistic view of the results of the program ex post (during or after deployment)
