The methodology Among Youth is sponsored by Future Youth Program, developed through a partnership between Instituto Unibanco and the Secretariat of the State of Ceará Education. The subjects were students and tutors of the 2nd series of the State Preparatory High School Padre Saraiva Leão, in the municipality of Redenção, in the state of Ceará. To develop this research, we divided the analytical process into five stages. At baseline, there was an interview with the tutors and the students assisted by the methodology Among Youth, then there was a period of observation of classes taught by tutors; subsequently sought to promote a workshop with tutors applicators methodology Among Youth in this school. In the fourth time, after experiencing the new proposal in their classes, tutors were again heard, in order to check how was the receptivity of the students to Sequence Fedathi. The last step of the analysis presented here came three months after the beginning of the workshop, carrying out a comparative study, based on documentary analysis of simulated applied before and after the workshop and the results obtained by students participating methodology Among Youth in the evaluations of the SPAECE the years 2013 and 2014 in order to analyze whether there was progression in the number of hits and the degree of proficiency of the students involved in the project. From the data obtained, it was concluded that the use of theoretical and methodological proposal Sequence Fedathi during class Among the Young promoted greater interaction student-student and student-tutor, so that this greater interaction allowed the expansion of discussions and questions which, in turn, resulted in a more concise knowledge acquisition process. Internal evaluations have shown, in their quantitative results, that, after using the methodology Among Youth, the increase in the number of hits compared to previous years, when the program had not yet been deployed. The product of external evaluations also indicated improved results obtained by students assisted by Program Youth with a Future. / Este trabalho objetivou verificar se a Metodologia Entre Jovens contribuiu para a construção de uma aprendizagem significativa em Matemática, e como a Sequência Fedathi poderia colaborar na melhoria das estratégias didáticas utilizadas pelos tutores-professores da escola selecionados para desenvolver o programa. A metodologia Entre Jovens é promovida pelo Programa Jovem de Futuro, desenvolvido por meio de uma parceria entre o Instituto Unibanco e a Secretaria de Educação do Estado do Ceará. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram os alunos e os tutores das 2ª séries da Escola Estadual de Ensino Médio Padre Saraiva Leão, localizada no município de Redenção, no estado do Ceará. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, dividiu-se o processo analítico em cinco etapas. No momento inicial, realizou-se uma entrevista com os tutores e os alunos assistidos pela metodologia Entre Jovens; em seguida, houve um período de observação das aulas ministradas pelos tutores; posteriormente, buscou-se promover uma oficina com os tutores aplicadores da metodologia Entre Jovens na referida escola; em outro momento, depois de vivenciar a nova proposta em suas aulas, os tutores foram novamente ouvidos, com o objetivo de verificar como foi a receptividade dos alunos à Sequência Fedathi; assim última etapa da análise ocorreu três meses após o início da oficina, realizando-se um estudo comparativo, baseado na análise documental dos simulados aplicados antes e depois da oficina e dos resultados obtidos pelos alunos participantes da metodologia Entre Jovens, nas avaliações do SPAECE dos anos de 2013 e 2014, a fim de analisar se houve ou não progressão no número de acertos e no grau de proficiência dos alunos envolvidos no projeto. A partir dos dados obtidos, concluiu-se que a utilização da proposta teórico-metodológica Sequência Fedathi durante as aulas do Entre Jovens promoveu maior interação aluno-aluno e aluno-tutor, de forma que, essa maior interação permitiu a ampliação de discussões e questionamentos, o que, por sua vez, implicou em um processo mais conciso de aquisição do conhecimento. As avaliações internas mostraram, em seus resultados quantitativos, que, após a utilização da metodologia Entre Jovens, houve aumento no número de acertos em relação aos anos anteriores, quando o programa ainda não havia sido implantado. O produto das avaliações externas também indicou a melhoria dos resultados obtidos pelos alunos assistidos pelo Programa Jovem de Futuro.
