This thesis with title „Proposal of the Company's Financial Plan“ consists of theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part deals with theoretical ways out of financial planning. In the practical part there are performed the analyses of contemporary state of company. Afterwards there is the financial plan alone made-up for the years 2009 – 2011. The end of my practical part is formed by evaluation of created financial plans.

This master´s thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of Kverneland Group Czech, s. r. o. The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company Kverneland Group Czech, s. r. o., the second part focuses on theoretical analysis. In the third part is the company analyzed mainly by using financial analysis. Last part contains recommendations for improving the economic and financial situation.

This diploma’s thesis discourses classification of the company financial status. There are used several methods of financial analysis to classify the status. Thesis is divided into three general parts. In the first part there are discussed theoretical starting-points needed for better understanding and elaborating of financial analysis. Second part contains financial analysis of chosen company during years 2005 to 2009. In the last part of the thesis there are said suggestions how to solve problematic areas in company financial status.

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of the company KOHUT Třinec s.r.o. in period from 1. 4. 2007 to 31. 3. 2011. Evaluation is made by using selected indicators of financial analysis, namely pyramidal decompositions and systems of purposefully selected indicators. The theoretical part contains the definition of basic concepts for understanding the issues examined. Based on financial analysis in the practical section are made possible suggestions to improve the current situation of the company and suggestions to remove the identified problems.

Diploma's thesis deals with problems of the financial planning business. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical foundations of financial planning. The second part of the thesis analyses contemporary state of the company. Subsequently is drew up the financial plan for the years 2012-2014. The conclusion includes the evaluation of the compiled financial plans.

This diploma thesis assesses the financial situation of an enterprise on the basis of corporate materials. It uses financial analysis methods, which enable evaluation of individual indicators. Proposals for improvement of the company’s specific situation are made on the basis of analysis of individual indicators and sets of indicators.

The aim of this thesis is a financial analysis and financial plan of a construction company. The theoretical part describes the different methods of financial analysis and of the financial plan. The practical part deals with the financial analysis and financial plan from the view of the construction company Ing. Brázda – UNIVERS s.r.o. The objective of the work is to determine the financial analysis with the financial data from 2006 to 2010 and to work out the financial plan from 2011 to 2015.

The diploma thesis focuses on a corporate financial plan proposal, and consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with theoretical solutions of financial planning. The practial part contains analyzes showing the current state of the corporation. Further, a financial plan for 2016-2019 year period is compiled. The thesis concludes with an evaluation and examination of compiled financial plans.
