Processus intergénérationnel chez les dyades mère-adolescente-enfant : attachement, sensibilité maternelle et réactivité de l'enfant

Maranda, Johanne 17 May 2021 (has links)
In order to reduce the transmission gap, Belsky (1997) proposed to examine child temperamental characteristics in the process of attachment transmission. Two objectives are pursued in this thesis. The first one concerns examination of the mediational model with a high-risk population; the second one tests moderation effect of child reactivity within the mediational model. 70 adolescents mothers and their infant aged from 6 to 15 months participated in the study. The results showed a marginal association (p = 0,051) between mother and child attachment model supporting Ward & Carlson' results (1995). No moderation effect has been observed in the transmission equation suggesting infant reactivity do not play a role in the intergenerational process of attachment.
