Every day thousands of invoices are handled in Swedish organizations, but not everyone has the option or ability to use mobile devices for this purpose. The need exists, but the area is unexplored. This work has been carried out with the purpose of developing guidelines for how a useful and effective mobile application for certifying invoices should be designed that is both easy-to-use and at the same time provides the basis a user needs to be able to make the right decision when certifying an invoice. During the work, Design and creation has been used as a research method and Prototyping as a development method. Through interviews with users of a billing system, a first number of guidelines were developed. These guidelines were used to create three different prototypes that focused on meeting different parts of the guidelines. The prototypes were subjected to usability testing, where the test subjects then talked openly during unstructured interviews what they liked about the prototypes and what problems they experienced. The data collected through these tests and interviews could then be used to create a revised and final list of guidelines. Using the final guidelines, a fourth prototype could be developed. / Varje dag hanteras tusentals fakturor i svenska organisationer men alla organisationer och personer har inte möjligheten att använda mobila enheter för det ändamålet. Behovet finns, men området är outforskat. Detta arbete har utförts med syftet att utveckla riktlinjer för hur en användbar och effektiv mobil applikation för beslutsattestering bör utformas som både är lättanvänd och samtidigt ger det underlag en användare behöver för att kunna fatta rätt beslut vid beslutsattestering av en faktura. Under arbetet har Design and creation använts som forskningsmetod och Prototyping som utvecklingsmetod. Genom intervjuer med användare av ett faktureringssystem utvecklades ett första antal riktlinjer. Dessa riktlinjer användes för att skapa tre olika prototyper som fokuserade på att uppfylla olika delar av riktlinjerna. Prototyperna utsattes för användbarhetstest där testpersonerna sedan fick tala öppet under ostrukturerade intervjuer om vad de tyckte om prototyperna och vilka eventuella problem de upplevde. Den data som samlades in genom dessa tester och intervjuer kunde sedan användas för att skapa en reviderad och slutgiltig lista av riktlinjer. Med hjälp av de slutgiltiga riktlinjerna kunde en fjärde prototyp utvecklas.
