Nákladový model životního cyklu bytového domu / LIFE CYCLE COST MODEL OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING

Galatíková, Milada Unknown Date (has links)
Doctoral thesis Life cycle cost model of an apartment building includes the process of modeling, starting with the theoretical definition and ending up with testing it for practical usage, the error measurement and its recalling abilities. The aim is to construct a model for simulating the life cycle costs of an apartment building during the phase of purchasing it followed with the simulation of life cycle costs having the conditions defined in advance. The method of the model construction shall be found in stating an appropriate representative, setting the entrance parameters and defining the condition under which it is supposed to work. The last step is to test the created model in order to find possible mistakes. Mathematically-statistical methods shall be used for setting the model. Another researching method comprises of creating several exemplary studies which shall correct the costs model and expand its applicability.

Zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti polyfunkčního domu / Evaluation of economic efficiency of multifunctional building

Kovandová, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with analysis of multifunctional building efficiency investment. The theoretical part describes investments and investment space, building life cycle, financing options and evaluation methods of efficiency investment. The practical part is focused on specific contract efficiency realized in Prague. Cash flow is created and payback time is counted for the individual scenarios. Net present value and internal rate of return serve as alternative indicators of efficiency investment.

Enhancement of BIM Data Representation in Product-Process Modelling for Building Renovation

Karlapudi, Janakiram 27 January 2021 (has links)
Building Information Modelling (BIM) has the potential to become a technology which will help to use a holistic information repository to generate and represent relevant information in different building life-cycle stages (BLCS) to dedicated groups of stakeholders. However, the scope of model components of BIM data (e.g., IFC meta-data) is limited and some parts of it are not modelled in a manner that supports the diversity of engineering use cases. This paper aims to address this deficit by identifying the capability to formulate inference rules as one of the major benefits in the ontology-based information modelling approach. However, before one can formulate inferencing rules a detailed and in-depth understanding is required on how stakeholder information needs are defined in different BLCS and on how available, open-BIM meta-data models support these information requirements. Therefore, the research progressed initially on existing definitions for Level of Detail (LOD) and selected process-modelling standards (BLCS). In the subsequent part, different renovation Activities and the Stakeholder involvements are analysed. Use cases are defined and used as a grouping mechanism for selected scenarios. Based on these grouping mechanisms, a methodology of how components of a BIMmodel could be classified to support automated inferencing in the future. The outcome of this research is an established 6-dimensional intercommunication framework (LOD, BLS, Scenarios, Stakeholders, Use Cases, BIM model data) based on the Linked Building Data approach and focusing on renovation processes optimization. Based on the framework, a renovation Product-Process Modelling ontology is developed to connect existing components and to support new interoperable applications.:Abstract 1 Introduction and Backgroung 2 Renovation Framework 2.1 Level of Detail (LOD) 2.2 Building Life-Cycle Stage 2.3 Activity and Stakeholder 2.4 BIM Object (Product Information) 2.5 Use Cases 3 Product-Process Ontology 3.1 Activity – BIM Data – LOD 3.2 BLCS – Activity – Stakeholder 4 Validation 5 Conclusion 6 Future Work References

Administrativní budova / Office building

Eryshova, Natalia January 2022 (has links)
The aim of this Master´s Thesis is to create project documentation for office building with nearly zero energy consumption. The topic of the Master´s Thesis is Office Building located in Brno Komárov. Thesis is divided in to 3 main parts. In a first part, constructional solution is proposed. Office building is designed for recruitment agency with capacity of 32 personnel that consists of 3 floors, green roof and green facade. Ground plan of designed building is in rectangular shape. On the first floor there is a reception, offices, registry, small kitchen and staff room. Second floor is similar to the first one but it has a conference room. Third floor is designed as staff room with coffee lounge. In second part of Master Thesis design of building services engineering systems is proposed. Building uses forced ventilation with heat recovery. Heating is provided by two condensing gas boilers. Supply of electric energy is partially ensured by photovoltaic power plant. In addition, rain water is effectively used in this building. In the third part evaluation of six designed compositions of floor with Life Cycle Assessment method is done. Software used to elaborate this Master´s Thesis are following: ArchiCad, DekSoft, GaBi, Excel and Lumion.

Hodnocení stavebního projektu z hlediska celoživotních nákladů / Evaluation of Construction Project from aspect of Whole Life Costs

Foitlová, Lucie January 2018 (has links)
The theoretical part deals at the beginning with evaluation of effectiveness of the project, as well as with the information about individual stages of the life cycle of the building, wear and tear of the buildings, lifetime of the elements and whole life costs of the building that are of particular interest to the investor. In conclusion, there are mentioned wastes and emissions. The thesis is completed by a case study of the family house where the whole life costs of the building life cycle are solved.

Optimalizace nákladů životního cyklu rodinných domů / Optimization of life cycle costs of family houses

Servusová, Michaela January 2022 (has links)
The theoretical part deals at the beginning with wooden buildings and suitable materials. Then information about low energy houses, passive houses and requirements for new buildings is introduced. The theoretical part of the work also summarizes the selection of the technological solution. Important part is about individual life cycle stages of the building, wear and tear of the buildings and whole life costs of the building that the investor is interested in. Practical part of the thesis consists of a case study of the wooden family house where the whole life costs of the building life cycle are solved.

Administrativní budova / Office building

Výborný, Vojtěch January 2022 (has links)
This master´s project deals with design of an office building nearly zero energy standard. My master´s project consists of three parts. In the first one I work on technical design of the office building. It is a three-storey building with partial basement. Vertical load-bearing system is partially made from monolithic concrete walls and partially from clay blocks walls. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic concrete slab. All roofs are designed as flat roofs. In second part I design all technical equipment in this building. In the last part I compare three types of roof, photovoltaic power plants and evaluate their environmental impact. First type of PV power plant is made by monocrystalline solar cell, second one by polycrystalline solar cell and last one by monocrystalline solar cell with battery system. Environmental impact of these systems is evaluated in Open LCA software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.
