O orçamento é uma das etapas mais importantes na área de planejamento e controle de custos, na medida em que o custo de um empreendimento é fator limitante para sua concepção e implementação. O orçamento de uma obra gera as informações que o investidor precisa para analisar a viabilidade de um projeto, sendo imprescindível para um bom planejamento. Mesmo conhecendo a importância da sistemática de orçamento, esta tem sofrido pouca evolução nas empresas nos últimos anos pois, na maioria das organizações, os setores de orçamento e controle de custos têm estado fechado às inovações. O trabalho foi desenvolvido com a realização inicial de um diagnóstico da empresa em estudo (pesquisa documental, entrevistas, observações) e, com auxílio da pesquisa bibliográfica, foi possível descrever a metodologia e formato como as estimativas são elaboradas e apresentadas tradicionalmente. Em seguida, caracterizaram-se os setores que desenvolvem atividades inter-relacionadas à atividade de estimar custos. Apresenta-se como resultado desta pesquisa aplicada a sistemática de elaboração de um orçamento com visão operacional e a integração com planejamento, controle da produção e custos em uma empresa incorporadora e construtora, com o auxilio de implantação de software ERP. Em seguida faz-se um roteiro para elaboração de banco de dados de orçamentos e, por fim algumas críticas e recomendações para obter-se uma maior integração entre os setores envolvidos. Assim, a pesquisa apresenta um roteiro para transformar o orçamento, de um mero documento burocrático e inconsistente, em um documento com valor gerencial, que oriente tanto o setor de suprimentos, como outros setores afins, como o de produção e o financeiro. Presented with this result this research applied a systematic elaboration of the budget with an operational vision and integration with planning, control of production and costs in a Corporate Company and a Constructor with the assistance of ERP software introduction. Next make a process for the elaboration of a Data Bank for budgets and end some criticism and recommendations to obtain a bigger integration between the sectors involved. So, the research presents a procedure to transform the budget from a mere Bureaucratic and inconsistent document, to one with a manageable value, which orientates the supply sector with other sectors such as production and finance. The work wishes to incentive a cultural change relating to budgets considering that in this process the plan of attack establishes a way of producing a budget, a more adequately planned format and real costs, facilitating the programming, contracting and negotiations of the company.

My diploma thesis solves an extension of rehabilitation centre. The building technological project in this diploma thesis contains primarily technology procedure, model of the building site accessories, time schedule, check and test plan and budget for this extension. Specialization is drawn from the field of structural engineering - thermal and technical assessment of the building.

The diploma thesis deals with the formation of a constructive-technological project for the building of the Central Fire Station in Hradec Králové - 1. Phase. The building consists of five floors and one underground. The aim of the thesis is to choose and process suitable solution of the building in terms of financial, time and technical requirements based on the project documentation provided by the designer. The thesis deals with the time and financial plan of the construction, the design of the main machines and mechanisms, the planning of the material supply and its transport routes, the design of the construction site equipment, the technological regulations, the control and testing plan for the monolithic and steel constructions of the building and the time schedule of the building with the technological norm.

This diploma thesis deals with selected parts of the construction technology project of an office building with a hall in Brno. The thesis contains a technical report, the coordination situation of the construction, the time and financial plan, the study of the main technological stages, the project of site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the time schedule, the budget, the technology prescription of flat single-roof, the quality control and test plan, the assessment of lifting mechanism selection and the design of rainwater capture for further use.

The aim of my diploma thesis is a design of a new energy efficient terraced house in the gap site. Building has two dwelling unit of category 4+kitchenette and 6+ kitchenette. Building has a cellar, two floors and an attic. The cellar structures and horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. Sand-lime bricks are used for masonry. The building is covered with gabled roof with timber roof truss. In this building there are used rainwater and renewable energy in a form of electrical energy made by photovoltaic panels.

The subject of my diploma thesis is a construction-technological solution for realization of a storage hall in Rousínov. The work deals with a time and financial plan for all buildings of the project Storage Hall, Rousínov. A technical report, a study of the implementation of the construction’s individual stages, a design and assessment of transport routes, a design of the construction site equipment and a design of the machinery were prepared for the building No. 2. An itemized budget with a statement of acreage and construction schedule was prepared. A technological regulation and a control and test plan were prepared for the implementation process of the wire-reinforced concrete industrial floor. Within the diploma thesis, a technological regulation for the implementation of a reinforced concrete retaining wall was prepared. Noise pollution caused by the construction site was examined and evaluated in a noise study. The environmental requirements for the storage hall building No. 2 were processed.

The theme of the diploma thesis is elaboration of selected parts of the construction technology project in building block of flats Hostivař. Content of this project is technological solution for realization of this project. It means working on time planning of construction, right using of human, material and machinery sources and controlling system for selected part of the building. In attachment of the diploma thesis, there are also drawings of building site equipment for different construction phases. The goal of the diploma thesis is design right and economical procedure for realization of the building, comply with the safety, quality and ecology conditions.

The aim of this thesis is compile building and technological project of new office building of the company ESKO-T in Třebíč. This is a two-storey building, build technology cast-in-place longitudinal reinforced concrete frame with mono-pitched roof. Work is consist of a possible solution of steel, concrete and formwork of rental shop to building. Building and technological project, technological regulation for concreting, draft machine configuration, documentation broker transport relations, the crane card and concrete pump, control od worte quality, time schedule and building budget rough upper construction, environmental protection, occupational safety and health, object work schedule and price comparison concreting with hanging silo for concrete and concrete pump.
