This thesis reports on business opportunities that Romania and especially region of Banat offers to Czech entities and the specifics witch they have to deal with during penetration of this market. First readers learn about cultural specification of Romania and Banat, followed by business negotiation which can be expected in this area and is mainly based on cultural assumptions. Second part is devoted to analysis of the business environment of Romania as a member of the multinational institutions, because without this information can´t be Romania considered as a business partner. Final part focuses specifically on the issue of Banat region, companies that operate there and the business opportunities that the region offers. Work is ended by SWOT analysis of the business environment of Banat and recommendations for potential entrepreneurs entering the market.

This diploma thesis aims to analyse the current state of the Chilean business environment and highlight the benefits, opportunities as well as possible threats of the Chilean market for Czech exporters. The work is divided into four chapters. The initial definition of the business environment and the determination of used methods is followed by the actual analysis of the business environment. PESTLE analysis is used to explore the political, economic, socio-cultural, technological, environmental and legal environment of the country. The outputs are processed using SWOT analysis. The third chapter focuses on the relationship of the Czech Republic and Chile, and the fourth part contains three case studies designed to identify specific sectors that are promising for Czech exporters.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to assess current strategy of the analysed enterprise, propose its adjustment with respect to the strategy of the parent enterprise and to propose recommendations to improve its current situation and future development. To accomplish the goal, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of analysed enterprise were identified. For this purpose, the thesis uses analytical methods of strategic analysis, namely analysis of external, internal and competitive business environment. The thesis is indirectly divided into theoretical, methodological, and practical parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and theoretical basis of selected analyses that are applied in the practical part to the chosen enterprise. Methodically the thesis builds on qualitative and quantitative research.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the marketing environment of the Danish market and to examine the external factors which affect the companies and their activities in this market. My goal is to create a realistic idea about the Danish business environment and cultural differences of the Danes. For the purpose of this analysis I focused on the most important macrofactors, such as the political, economic and social factors. On the basis of cultural specifics and identified macrofactors I also give some advice to the companies to take into account when planning their marketing strategy. As a result of this thesis Czech entrepreneurs might be better able to understand the Danish environment, detect possible opportunities and also reveal the risks associated with doing business in Denmark.
