Цель ВКР – опираясь на теоретические и практические основы комплексной автоматизации предприятия, повысить эффективность работы предприятия по изготовлению мебели на заказ за счет внедрения системы электронного документооборота. Объектом исследования выступает информационная система предприятия по изготовлению мебели на заказ. Предмет исследования – процесс согласования договоров внутри предприятия на мебельной фабрике. Научная новизна исследования состоит в разработке методических положений по комплексной автоматизации процессов за счет внедрения электронного документооборота для согласования документов внутри предприятия. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в применении авторских предложений по комплексной автоматизации процессов предприятия на мебельной фабрике. / The aim of the research is to increase the efficiency of the enterprise for custom furniture manufacturing through the implementation of electronic document management system based on the theoretical and practical foundations of complex automation of the enterprise. The object of the study is the information system of the enterprise for the manufacture of furniture to order. The subject of the study is the process of harmonization of contracts within the enterprise at the furniture factory. Scientific novelty of the study consists in the development of methodological provisions for the complex automation of processes through the introduction of electronic document management for the coordination of documents within the enterprise. The practical significance of the study lies in the application of the author's proposals for the integrated automation of enterprise processes at the furniture factory.
