The thesis written on theme Controlling and compiling of corporate budgets in practise is devided into the three thematic units. The first part is focused on the evaluation of the benefits of controlling in a modern society, its inclusion into the corporate structure, the main assignment of controlling and a brief description of appropriate persons and employees, who are able to carry out this profession. The second part deals with a complete process of drawing up business plans and budgets, their structure, the lenght of their assembly, main principles, which should be followed in the compilation of business plans and budgets, approval process or statistical errors, which may appear in the statistical plans. The contribution of this work, among other things, I see in quantifying the benefits of corporate plans and budgets in contrast with the costs, which are required for drawing up the budget. The third part of this work deals with a support of controlling department to the direction of the company management for operational management of business processes through reporting structure and the formation of partial analyzes focused on a particular area of business. The aim of this work is to link the theory of controlling with a practice and pointing to the increasing need for corporate plans and budgets.

Balanced Scorecards have developed into a main management tool for analysing the inter-dependencies between the functional areas of a business organisation. Using SAP^TM Strategic Enterprise Management this book serves as a companion to a practical lecture on how to implement a Balanced Scorecard in an IT system. Students create the underlying Data Warehouse structures, define the key figures and their inter-dependencies, build the Scorecard system and analyse it in a realistic case study. The master´s thesis is focus on controlling of the company Kovoprojekta Brno a.s. The first part focuses on a summary of theoretical knowledge relating to methods of controlling. The second section describes the methods and ways of controlling of the chosen company. The last section contains the recommended proposal for improving the current system of controlling.

The presented work focuses on controlling and its place in the enterprise management of Intertell spol. s r. o. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. In the first theoretical part the terms of controlling, the controller are defined and there are types of controlling according to the business activities defined there too. The chapter also includes selected tools and methods of controlling. In the practical part there is the Intertell spol. s r. o. company description given which is followed by a subsequent analysis carried out of the external and internal environment of the company. In the course of the text the production activities of the enterprise are being described. Subsequently, the author conducts the analysis of current controlling management of the enterprise and the findings are summarized in the conclusion chapter. In the proposal part, the author recommends improvements in management of the enterprise by the introduction of the internal accounting, proposes to monitor the profitability of individual projects and also recommends an increase in the number controllers in the enterprise.
