La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera la capacitación gerencial influye en el desarrollo sostenible de las micro y pequeñas empresas-mueblería del Parque Industrial de Villa El Salvador, periodo 2016. En el trabajo de investigación se consideró la capacitación gerencial con las dimensiones: gestión gerencial, capacitación contable y el marketing; y la variable desarrollo sostenible con las dimensiones: crecimiento de la empresa, proceso productivo y competencia de mercado. The objective of the research is to determine how management training influences the sustainable development of micro and small companies-furniture in the Industrial Park of Villa El Salvador, 2016. In the research work, management training was considered with the following dimensions: management, accounting training and marketing; and the variable sustainable development with the dimensions: company growth, production process and market competition.
