Assim tem-se buscado formas de garantir a sustentabilidade das matrizes energéticas associadas à produção de bens e serviços. Neste sentido, a presente pesquisa se configura como uma proposta de investigação que busca demonstrar a atual situação da estrutura energética disponível no Estado de Roraima, seu custo econômico e social, e os benefícios relacionados com a implantação de um programa de incentivo para as Pequenas Centrais Hidrelétricas (PCHs), fornecendo suporte ao desenvolvimento sustentável. Para o desenvolvimento deste estudo, foi utilizado o método de pesquisa tipo descritiva, que frente aos objetivos e finalidades da investigação, também se procedeu à combinação de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Assim foi analisada a capacidade da matriz energética de Roraima localizada no sistema isolado, que tem na interligação com a Venezuela, através do Linhão de Guri, seu principal fornecedor. Adicionado a uma distribuição no interior do Estado predominantemente a óleo diesel. A pesquisa verificou que a estrutura energética disponível, não fornece o suporte necessário e confiável para um processo de desenvolvimento sustentável. Portanto, o cenário atual exige das instituições públicas e privadas a busca por alternativas para equacionar as questões da deficiência da matriz energética do Estado de Roraima. Adicionalmente discutem-se algumas estratégias para um planejamento energético de implantação de um programa de incentivo para as Pequenas Centrais Hidrelétricas (PCHs). / In the social context the electric power production has been one of the great challenges of the present time. It has been looking for like this forms of guaranteeing the sustainability of the energy head offices associated to the production of goods and services. In this sense, to present researches configures itself as an investigation proposal that looks for to demonstrate the current situation of the available energy structure in the State of Roraima, its economical and social cost, and the benefits related with the implantation of an incentive program for the Small Central Hydroelectric (PCHs), supplying support to the maintainable development. For the development of this study, the descriptive method of research type was used, to obtain the objectives and purposes of the investigation, it was also proceeded to the combination of bibliographical and documental research. So, the capacity of the energy head office of Roraima located in a isolated system was analyzed that it has an interconnection with Venezuela, through ‘ Linhão de Guri’, its main supplier, added it a distribution inside the State predominantly to diesel oil. The research verified that the available energy structure, doesn't supply the necessary and reliable support for a process of maintainable development. Therefore, the current scenery demands the search from the public and private institutions for alternatives to set out the subjects of the deficiency of the energy head office of the State of Roraima. Additionally some strategies are discussed for an energy planning of implantation of an incentive program for the Small Central Hydroelectric (PCHs).

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo o estudo do potencial hidráulico do Rio Lavapés, localizado na Fazenda Experimental Lageado em Botucatu - SP e o dimensionamento de turbinas hidráulicas através dos valores de saída do programa computacional Visual Basic versão 5.0. Para o dimensionamento da usina, foram coletados dados, relacionados ao levantamento topográfico e vazão do rio, que forneceram diversas possibilidades para o potencial apresentado, de acordo com as variações da vazão turbinável e da queda útil. Dos valores obtidos através dos dimensionamentos, realizados pelo programa computacional, verificou-se o potencial hidrenergético favorável à instalação de uma PCH, apresentando potência necessária para acionamento de equipamentos e motores elétricos que possam suprir parte da demanda de consumo de energia elétrica da fazenda considerada, aliando um bom rendimento na geração, conforme padrões técnicos recomendados pela ELETROBRÁS. This work had as objective the studying of Lavapés River hydraulic potential, located on Lageado Experimental Station, in Botucatu-SP and the of calculation hydraulic turbines through the exit values of the computer program: Visual Basic version 5.0. Data have been collected, for the plant calculation, associated to the topographical value data and to the river discharge, therefore several possibilities are facilitate for the presented potential, according to the turbinable out flow variations and of the useful waterfall. The specific objectives of this research include adjusting this fixed asset to its real future economic return capacity, ascertaining that this asset is not recorded in the accounting for a value higher than that recoverable and analyzing whether the book value was recovered or if it is recovered Overvalued, subject to the recognition of losses. The research methodologies used in this work were qualitative and quantitative analysis, besides a case study. The study focuses on two research methodologies regarding the procedures, being carried out research and survey of the information pertinent to the universe to be researched. For the application of the "Impairment test", the amounts presented in the balance sheet and other information provided by the management area of the entity were considered. In the topic "analyzes and discussions", it is possible to observe the impacts, the form of elaboration and disclosure by the organizations and the comments related to this methodology / O presente trabalho refere-se à aplicação do “Impairment Test” em uma CGH - Central Geradora Hidrelétrica e visa compreender a condição deste ativo, demonstrando o benefício que será gerado por este. Os objetivos específicos desta pesquisa compreendem adequar este determinado ativo imobilizado a sua real capacidade de retorno econômico futuro, averiguar que este ativo não esteja registrado contabilmente por um valor superior àquele passível de ser recuperado e analisar se o valor contábil foi recuperado ou se o mesmo se encontra superavaliado, sujeitando-se o ativo ao reconhecimento de perdas. As metodologias de pesquisa utilizadas neste trabalho foram análise qualitativa e quantitativa, além de estudo de caso. Enquadram-se no estudo, duas metodologias de pesquisa quanto aos procedimentos, sendo realizadas pesquisa e levantamento das informações pertinentes ao universo a ser pesquisado. Para aplicação do “Impairment Test”, foram considerados os valores apresentados no Balanço Patrimonial e demais informações fornecidas pela área de gestão da entidade.
