Crystal is a heart of the story where the music hall is talking to our greatest city dominant.

The aim is to find the approach to the transformation of cultural constructions of 70 - 80 years of the 20th century, which gradually become obsolete, both technically and morally. An example may be a conglomerate cultural center, cinema and Technology Museum, located in the central zone of Koprivnica, which after radical renewal in the second half of the 20th century did not final, complete and functional form.

This project investigates the conditions for urbanity in a swedish small town setting. Taking Flen, a town of 6500 inhabitants as a subject, the project seeks deeper understanding of issues pertaining to future development and socialsustainability. The project begins with an analysis of the city plan, and continues with a proposal for intervention.The project continues to investigate strategies for how to make a town center more accessible and develope the center as a social hub for the community.

This thesis focuses on problems related to unregulated construction of shopping malls in the city centres. Shopping malls are often built considering their negative effects on small merchants, urban environment etc. This particular problem was analyzed in two cities (Pardubice and Liberec) using elements of Retail Impact Assessment study and counterfactual impact evaluation method. Results showed that placing the shopping malls to the city centre changes the structure of retail units in its vicinity. Since customers prefer larger shopping facilities, their shopping behaviour changes, and small merchants are forced to addapt and compete with "all under one roof" shopping centers. Some of them cannot compete with these centers and are forced to close. Contribution of this research focuses on application of unique methods which indicated a need to regulate and coordinate building of large shopping centers within Czech cities. Budování kontaktního centra je velmi rozsáhlou a komplexní problematikou. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aspekt efektivního využití dostupných technologií pro podporu procesů kontaktního centra (CC), především pak v bankovním sektoru. V práci je zpracován multidimenzionální model obslužnosti kontaktního centra zachycující procesní stránku řízení. Model obslužnosti je poté zasazen do kontextu současných technologií pro CC a výsledkem je model, který zachycuje vliv jednotlivých technologií na proces řízení interakcí. Tento model je v závěru teoretické části aplikován na podmínky bankovnictví. Součástí diplomové práce je i praktická (neveřejná) část, která aplikuje předchozí model na podmínky kontaktního centra společností GE Money v ČR a SR. Do kontextu modelu je zasazen vývoj kontaktního centra GE Money po vybrané období, začínající před zahájením a končící dokončením několika projektů, které byly během zpracování této práce ve fázi realizace. Tato konfrontace CC GE Money s modelem je pak výchozím bodem pro doporučení dalších kroků v budování a rozvoji tohoto CC.

Předmětem diplomové práce je nastínit základy simulací, modelů hromadné obsluhy a fungování zákaznických center. V praktické části je použit k úpravě získaných dat software Crystal Ball, pro samotnou simulaci a analýzu Kontakt centra Karneval pak simulační program Simul8.

This dissertation thesis aims to propose a suitable decision-making model process with preparation of a development project. The model consists of an aggregate of key factors, which after evaluation, will indicate future successful efficient market application. This thesis brinks a model proposal of shopping centre development projects. The model developed has been tested with real projects in practice in the latter part of the thesis.

This thesis deals with the organisational structure of human resources. The aim is to identify the role of HR in companies, explore the transformation process, recognize the main reasons for transformation and uncover the new structure of HR. This thesis places emphasis on the HR Business Partnership model and its three main parts - HR Business Partner, Shared Services Centre and Centre of Excellence. It is based partly on secondary data and partly on structured interviews with chosen companies.

The subject of the master’s thesis is an urban solution of the area delimited by the streets of Sportovní, Drobného, Gen. Píky, Porgesova. The draft is based on restoring and enhancing the attractiveness of the area. The solution is to create a sports centre, a connection with Lužánecký park, ensuring transport links with surroundings and free access to the public. The result should be an efficient and effective area.

The thesis deals with design of brewery Hoppy Friends, situated in Moravská Třebová. The building is designed with 3 floors and is a basement. On the basement is lager cellar with coolbox. On the first floor is a brewery with grain storage, visitor center, brewery facility, boiler room and a shop. On the second floor are offices and laboratories. The brewery building is designed from a masonry systém with a ventilated facade with wooden and aluminium lining, foundation on strip foundation with warm flat roof.
