Energetická optimalizace administrativní budovy / Energy optimization of the administrative building

The diploma thesis deals with the energy audit of administrative building. In the theoretical part I described the heat pumps. In a calculated part I proposed austerity measures and created of them saving variant. I chose the most suitable variant and assess it from an economic and ecological point of view. In the third part, I use the calculation program to optimize the building.

This diploma thesis is dealing with energy audit of industrial building with administration part, situated in Blansko, South Moravia region. The theoretical part is focused to windows from the energy balance point of view, because one of the energy saving measures is the change of current insufficient window filling. The main objective of this diploma thesis is to find the most energy saving variant which is going to be evaluated from the both, ecological and economical, aspect. The third part is dedicated to usage of computer technology as software for 3D model creating of assessed building or energy consumption simulation for particular systems as heating in relation to characters of different kinds of windows.

Energetické hodnocení bytového domu / Energy evaluation of apartment building.

A goal of this Master's Thesis is an energy audit of an apartment building situated in Brno, the southmoravian region. The theoretical part is focused on a Czech Republic legislation, methods of an energy evaluation of houses and injurants of an internal microclimate. In the next part the main focus is on a processing of the energy audit of the apartment building. One of details of this processing is a design of precautions. From these, variants are created, focusing to choose the most economical and ecological one. The last part of this Master's Thesis is devoted to an usage of available software applications. Here are described computer programs, used for a creation of a 3D model. Also, a description of a calculation of thermal loses and the calculation of coefficients of heat transfer using a quasi-stationary technique is present. At the end a detailed description of one year simulation of the apartment building is provided.

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Lietuvos pastatų energinio naudingumo sertifikavimo metodika pagal STR 2.01.09:2005 „Pastatų energinis naudingumas. Energinio naudingumo sertifikavimas“. Ši metodika lyginama su STR 2.09.04:2002 „Pastato šildymo sistemos galia. Energijos sąnaudos šildymui“ šilumos nuostolių skaičiavimo metodika ir su faktiniu šilumos suvartojimu. Nagrinėjamos suminės energijos sąnaudos ir energinio naudingumo kvalifikacinis rodiklis esant skirtingo aukštingumo pastatams ir jo pokytis diegiant renovacijos priemones. Taip pat atliekama renovacijos priemonių ekonominio efektyvumo analizė. Sudaromas A klasės pastato modelis. Analizuojama energinio naudingumo klasės suteikimo sistema ir pateikiamos rekomendacijos energinio naudingumo sertifikavimui Lietuvoje. / In the master thesis the methodology of building energy performance by The national building regulation STR 2.01.09:2005 „Building Energy performance. Certificate of energy performance” is analysed . The methodology is compared with heat gains calculation methodology in regulation STR 2.09.04:2002 „Capacity of building heating system. Energy input for heating“ and actual heat consumption. The total energy consumption and the energy performance qualifying index is analyzed in the buildings of different height and the difference of index after renovation. The economical efficiency analysis of recommended renovation is analysed. The model of energy performance class is analised and the recomendations for energy performance certification in Lithuania are presented.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the energy assessment and elaboration of energy performance certificates of the building. The building is an apartment building in Vítkov. The theoretical part deals with centralized heat supply. The calculation part contains a more detailed description of individual relationships and calculation procedures that are used to process energy performance certificates of the building. Furthermore, proposals for measures to improve the energy performance of buildings. In this part there is also a proposal of individual equipment of the new boiler room and thermographic measurement. In the project part there is an energy assessment assessing the building in two variants with individual heat sources. The evaluation is carried out from an energy, economic and environmental aspect.

Energetický audit polyfunkčního objektu / Energy Audit of Multipurpose Building

The theme of this diploma thesis are the issue of energy evaluation of buildings and the reduction of energy consumption in the Czech legal system in the theoretical part, an analysis of energy consumption of the judged building in an old and new state in the calculation part and an energy audit of the main building of SRC Lihovar in Třemošnice according to Decree no. 480/2012 Coll. The three-storey main building of sports and rehabilitation center is located on the southern edge of city Třemošnice and it used to be a distillery until it has been renovated in 2013. There is a restaurant with a bowling room, hotel with two conference lounges, wellness, fitness and a swimming pool. The heat source for this building are two gas boilers, three heat pumps and solar collector array. There is partly forced and partly natural ventilation installed in the building.

The diploma thesis "Implementation of the European Directive on the energy performance of buildings in the Czech Republic" is a case study of the application of European law in the sector of efficient use of energy by the end user. This is a very complex issue, because the sector of energy policy is interdisciplinary theme, touching a wide range of actors and the strategies for energy policy are formed at different levels of governance. The degree of harmony of these strategies affect the success of the transposition of European law at the national level. Czech Republic has implemented the directive into national law through the amendment to the Energy Management Act. The new legislation follows the existing trend of increasing requirements on building energy standard and extends the use of certification in the real estate market as an instrument of consumer protection. The adoption of these measures means the interaction of public and private sector, where is a conflict of interests and values of individual actors. A significant degree of controversy has an impact on the success of the implementation.

Polyfunkční dům / Polyfunctional Building

Diploma Thesis „Polyfunctional building“. The work deals implementation project of polyfunctional building in Jihlava. Object is situated on Jihlava suburb in emerging part called „Horní Kosov“. Land is gently sloping from west to east. It continues for Buková street. The building has six floors and a basement. The basement is made from monolithic reinforced concrete. It is used as garages. Floors are made of ceramic bricks with isolation . First floor contains four commercial premises and main entry for housing part. Seventeen flats are situated from second to sixth floor. Sizes of apartments are 1+kitchen corner to 4+kitchen corner with terraces and balcony. Roofing is solved with simple flat roof. Heating will be ensured with central heating. Every apartment, commercial premises, shared premises are going to have it’s own gas boiler. Polyfunctional building is connected on a local road – Buková street, which is connected to new communication. Within multifunctional building twenty parking slots is designed at the basement. Next fourteen parking slots is designed outside.
