Outra preocupação é resgatar como as crianças pobres enfrentaram a intensificação dessas atuações jurídicas. Através da análise que denomino de ¿perfil social¿ das crianças, buscarei apresentar não só as características étnicas e etárias deste grupo, como também as práticas cotidianas e as estratégias criadas por esses sujeitos. A intenção é entender como, e em que medida, esses indivíduos assimilaram e utilizaram as formalizações do aparelho jurídico para constituir suas visões de mundo / Abstract: The main objective of this dissertation is to analyze the juridical instances on the careless child since the creation of the ¿Censo estatistico dos orfãos pobres¿ (Statistic census of the poor orphans), in 1866 till its extinction in 1899, from the crossing of criminal processes, tutelary actions and specific legislation about the child question elaborated in XIX century, present in the criminal code and in the Filipinas ordinances. Another concern is to recover how poor children came face to face with the intensification of these juridical performances. Through the analysis of what I name ¿social profile¿ of the children, I¿ll try to analyze not only the ethnic and age group characteristics, but also the everyday practices and strategies created by them.
