Kineziterapijos programų efektyvumas kūdikių motorinei raidai / The Efficiency of Kinesitherapy Programs for the Motorical Development of Children

Evolution is an ever lasting process from the beginning of embryo up to a person’s mature. It depends on the ripening of nerve system and the factors of the envision mint. The main goal of every family is to bring a healthy child, so their attention is focused on the development problems of their children and in this way it enables to prevent the development of the pathological models, which may have some hind of the quality of their children’s lives. The aim of the work is: to determine the effectiveness of the kinesitherapy programmes to the development motorian evolution. The following methods have been used in this work:1. Evolution of motorical maturity. 2. Determination of motorical factor (MQ). 3. Massage, kinesitherapy, home programme of action. 4. Mathematical system. The studying was carried in the hospital of Šilutė, at the early rehabilitation service from 2003-11 up to 2004-11 during the period of 11 months. During this period there were selected by chance 27 babies, having derangments of motorical development. They were divided into 3 groups: I gruop, as a mean of treatment, massage was applied; II group, the were applied massage and kinesitherapy, III gruop – massage, kinesitherapy and home programme. The gross motorical maturity of all the groups was eveluated befor the testing and after it, using Munich Functional Delelopmental Diagnostic and colculated motorical factor (MQ).
