Esta investigación estudia la adición de la ceniza de cáscara de arroz y bagazo de caña de azúcar en suelos arcillosos para su función como subrasantes en obras de pavimentación.
La ceniza de cáscara de arroz y el bagazo de caña de azúcar son residuos orgánicos que se encuentran en mayor cantidad en los departamentos de San Martín y La Libertad respectivamente. De la totalidad de toneladas de cáscara de arroz generadas en el país, alrededor del 20% constituye la ceniza de la cáscara de arroz. Así mismo alrededor del 25% de caña de azúcar producida en el país constituye el bagazo, según el ministerio de agricultura en el 2017.
La investigación radica en la búsqueda de métodos alternativos a la estabilización de suelos, para comprobar que estos agregados son viables en su utilización para la estabilización de subrasantes se realizaron en laboratorio ensayos de características químicas, físicas y mecánicas; En diferentes porcentajes para evaluar su respuesta como estabilizadores primarios.
Finalmente, la investigación deduce el impacto ambiental ocasionado por nuestra propuesta. / This research studies the addition of rice ash and sugar bagasse in clay soils for their function as subgrade in paving works.
Rice husk ash and sugar from sugarcane are the organic residues most found in the departments of San Martín and La Libertad, of all the tons of rice husk generated in the country, around the 20% is the ash of the rice husk. Likewise, around 25% of the sugar production in the country is bagasse, according to the Ministry of Agriculture in 2017.
The research is based on the search for alternative methods to soil stabilization, to verify that these aggregates are viable in their use for the stabilization of subgrades in chemical, physical and mechanical clinical trials. In different percentages to evaluate their response as primary stabilizers.
Finally, the research deduces the environmental impact caused by our proposal. / Tesis
