Proyecto habitacional para los damnificados por el Fenómeno de Niño del 2017 en el distrito de Catacaos. La propuesta se sustenta en la historia y evolución de la vivienda en la región costa norte de nuestro país, condicionado por el clima, materiales, costumbres y tradiciones. La presente investigación pretende cuestionar y repensar en las estrategias establecidas y estandarizadas por autoridades y hasta de la población. Expandir las posibilidades del habitar siento consciente del lugar y su gente. Saber que somos un país diverso con climas y costumbres diversas, a la que como arquitectos debemos responder satisfactoriamente. / Housing project for victims of the 2017 Child Phenomenon in the Catacaos district. The proposal is based on the history and evolution of housing in the north coast region of our country, conditioned by the climate, materials, customs and traditions. This research aims to question and rethink the strategies established and standardized by authorities and even the population.
