Para tanto, é mister verificar a sua gênese e evolução política, na década de 1920, e, em que momento, a questão fundiária passou a ter relevância para os tenentes, em sua trajetória político-ideológica. Nossa primeira hipótese é que, para uma fração destes jovens militares, o despertar para a necessidade de transformação do panorama agrário deu-se a partir da marcha da Coluna Prestes-Miguel Costa. Entretanto, como nossa segunda hipótese, esta parcela do movimento tenentista mostrou-se dividida, no decorrer dos anos, quanto às propostas acerca da questão fundiária. Enquanto um dos segmentos, o mais conservador, apresentava um programa de modernização do panorama agrícola brasileiro, no qual o Estado aparece como o responsável pela implantação de núcleos coloniais e, também, pela distribuição de lotes de terra, o outro, objeto principal de nossa análise, ao adotar um comportamento político à esquerda, e conduta mais radical, entendia ser a reforma agrária o caminho ideal para o combate às oligarquias rurais e ao imperialismo. / This thesis aims to analyze the agrarian reform proposals made by tenentista movement in the period from 1930 to 1935. Therefore, it is necessary to verify its origin and political, in the 1920s, and in that time, the land question has be relevant to the lieutenants in their political and ideological trajectory. Our first hypothesis is that for a fraction of these young soldiers, the awakening to the need for transformation of the agrarian landscape took place from the march of the Prestes Column-Miguel Costa. However, as our second hypothesis, this portion of the lieutenants' movement proved to be divided, over the years, as the proposals on the land question. As one of the segments, the most conservative, had a Brazilian agricultural panorama modernization program, in which the state appears as responsible for the implementation of colonial settlements and also the distribution of plots of land, the other main object of our analysis, to adopt a political behavior to the left and more radical behavior, understood to be an agrarian reform the ideal way to combat rural oligarchies and the imperialism.
