Kombinovaná výroba tepla a elektrické energie / The combined production of heat and electricity

Talač, Michal January 2014 (has links)
This thesis describes the design of a cogeneration unit, its design and operational optimization. The theoretical part explains the principles of cogeneration and the associated advantages and disadvantages, also describes the different types of units and their main components and their suitability for use in various types of buildings. The second part of this thesis deals with a design of cogeneration unit in selected building. Design of cogeneration unit consists of evaluation of the object itself, through the selection of suitable units, optimalization of a selected range of cogeneration units, to the final financial analysis. The part of the thesis are also project drawings, which shows the current status of the heating system and subsequently scheme with the possible involvement of cogeneration units in the existing system.

Variabilité et signification des productions lithiques au Paléolithique moyen ancien : l’exemple de trois gisements de plein-air du Bergeracois (Dordogne, France) / Variability and significance of lithic productions in the Early Middle Paleolithic : an analysis of three open-air sites in the Bergeracois region (Dordogne, France)

Brenet, Michel 13 December 2011 (has links)
Variability and significance of lithic productions in the Early Middle Paleolithic. An analysis of three open-air sites in the Bergeracois region (Dordogne, France). From the beginning of the second to last interglacial period (Eemian), lithic industries show a proliferation of production conceptions, methods and techniques: Levallois, Discoid and SSDA debitage, laminar debitage, anvil debitage, and the shaping of pieces that were unique or adhered to a techno-type. This diversity of lithic production conceptions sometimes appears in archaeological assemblages in which distinct flaking and shaping chaînes opératoires coexist; for example, a combined production conception associating flaking and shaping on the same matrix (raw material volume) has been observed in several assemblages. This work addresses the question of inter- and intra site variability and its behavioral significance through a techno-economic analysis of lithic industries and an experimental procedure. For nine lithic assemblages from three sites in the Bergeracois region, Cantalouette 1, Combre Brune 2 and Combe Brune 3, each of the production methods was analyzed based on a quantitative evaluation of all the operational phases present from the procurement of lithic raw materials to the use of the products. The role of experimentation in this procedure is to create specific reference bases that can be compared with the lithic assemblages in order to obtain a better estimation of their techno-economic representivity. The ultimate objective of this research is to propose coherent models of the functioning of human occupations at the beginning of the Middle Paleolithic in relation to their locations and potential complementarity within and across a single subsistence territory. The respective occupation types illustrated by the three sites studied are thus modeled and compared to other sites in the Dordogne and other regions.

Optimalizace instalace kogenerační jednotky v rodinném domě / Optimizing installation of cogeneration units in family house

Novotný, Jan January 2009 (has links)
The work deals with usage of heat energy from cogeneration unit in a family house. It is focused especially on the use for family house's heating and warming of service water. Optimalization is made on existing cogeneration units. In this work we will handle with two types of cogeneration units of different capacities. From the beginning we concern in current situation and the possibilities of regulation. Further we deal with the possible ways of optimalization of winter and summer running and with the costs for these optimalizations.

Kogenerační jednotky pro RD – hodnocení a simulace / The Cogeneration Units for Family House - Evaluation and Simulation

Martynek, Václav January 2013 (has links)
Master’s thesis deals with cogeneration units of low power that are used for heating of buildings and to cover the heat demand of small industrial enterprises. The introductory chapters are focusing on clarifying the principles of combined heat and power (CHP) as well as on the basic advantages and important indicators of CHP. The thesis presents a brief overview of cogeneration devices by type of primary units and also provides an overview of cogeneration units suitable for family houses that are currently available on the market. The text describes how to install and connect the cogeneration unit. The fourth chapter includes description of elemental thermal processes and possibility of heat transfer. The fifth chapter describes the thermal circuit model and calculation efficiency of a cogeneration unit. Thermal circuit consists of a cogeneration unit and a multivalent tank for hot water heating system and potable hot water system. The object of master’s thesis is to create a model of thermal circuit cogeneration units in a simulation program and a graphical user interface, that will allow a simple way to evaluate the operation of the cogeneration unit when changing the input parameters.
