Gestión administrativa y su relación con el compromiso docente en una universidad privada de Lima metropolitana – 2019

La presente investigación “Gestión administrativa y su relación con el compromiso docente en una Universidad Privada de Lima Metropolitana – 2019” tiene como objetivo establecer la relación de la “gestión administrativa sobre el compromiso docente” en una Universidad Privada. Se usó una metodología (método y diseño) descriptivo-correlacional. El enfoque es cuantitativo y no experimental-transversal. Se empleó muestreo aleatorio simple y se obtuvo 158 de 783 docentes de la universidad en el 2019. Se aplicó un cuestionario sobre “gestión administrativa2 y control. El segundo cuestionario fue sobre “compromiso docente; consta de”24 ítems divididos en tres dimensiones de compromisos: afectivo, de continuidad y normativo. Se concluyó que la “gestión administrativa” y “el compromiso docente” se relacionan en forma significativa y directamente proporcional. También, se establecieron relaciones en forma significativa y directamente proporcionales entre las categorías de planificación, organización, dirección y control de la “gestión administrativa” con el “compromiso docente” en dicha universidad privada. / In the present investigation on "Administrative management and its relationship with teaching commitment in a Private University of Metropolitan Lima - 2019", he presented the objective of establishing the influence of "Administrative Management on Teaching Commitment" of a Private University. A type, method and design methodology corresponding to descriptive-correlational, quantitative and non-experimental-cross-sectional approaches were used respectively. Using a simple random sampling, 158 out of 783 teachers from a Private University were obtained in 2019. A Questionnaire on "Administrative Management" was applied with 32 items, with four dimensions: planning, organization, direction and control and the second Questionnaire on "Teaching Commitment" with 24 items in total, with three dimensions of commitments: affective, continuity and normative. It was concluded that "Administrative Management" and "Teaching Commitment" are significantly and directly proportionally related. Also, significant and directly proportional relationships were established between the planning, organization, direction and control categories of "Administrative Management" with the "Teaching Commitment" of a Private University. / Tesis
