De acuerdo con lo indicado por la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, uno de los principales problemas que aquejan a los pueblos indígenas es la afectación de sus territorios como consecuencia de proyectos de desarrollo que generan las actividades extractivas (CIDH, 2015). En América Latina, se observan frecuentemente conflictos sociales producidos por los potenciales impactos de naturaleza social, cultural y ambiental que las mismas generan en territorios indígenas (CIDH, 2017). Por esta razón, el presente trabajo desarrolla una propuesta a fin de cubrir las necesidades de las comunidades del Perú y, más adelante, de Latinoamérica, cuyo objetivo es reducir el impacto de las actividades informales en la zona, como la minería ilegal, que vienen afectando su medio ambiente, la salud de su población y el desarrollo de la comunidad, creando un medio de subsistencia respaldado en la explotación de sus propios recursos para su beneficio. Se ha realizado un estudio de las necesidades de la comunidad nativa Tres Islas y el mercado competitivo que existe en la región y, con base al empleo de metodologías ágiles, se ha obtenido una propuesta para lograr el objetivo planteado. Para estos efectos, se realizaron entrevistas con los pobladores de la comunidad y también con el personal que los representa, con lo que se pudo recibir una mejor perspectiva del contexto y entorno en el que se encuentran inmersos. Se presenta la solución obtenida, sugiriendo la implementación de un sistema de turismo vivencial que logre conectar a turistas interesados en el tema con las comunidades y, de esta forma, concientizar a las personas sobre los derechos, la supervivencia, la cultura y las tradiciones de un pueblo indígena. De igual forma, se plantea que durante estas actividades los pobladores puedan comercializar variedad de productos elaborados por ellos mismos. / According was indicated by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, one of the problems is the affectation of their territories as a consequence of development projects generated by extractive activities (CIDH, 2015). In Latin America, social conflicts produced by the potential impacts of a social, cultural and environmental nature that they generate in indigenous territories are frequently observed (CIDH, 2017). For this reason, the present work develops a proposal in order to cover the needs of the communities of Peru and, later, of Latin America, whose objective is to reduce the impact of informal activities in the area, such as illegal mining, which come affecting their environment, the health of their population and the development of the community, creating a means of subsistence supported by the exploitation of their own resources for their benefit. A study of the needs of the Tres Islas native community and the competitive market that exists in the region has been carried out and, based on the use of agile methodologies, a proposal has been obtained to achieve our objective. For these purposes, interviews were conducted with the residents of the community and also with the personnel that represents them, with which it was possible to receive a better perspective of the context and environment in which they are immersed. We present the solution obtained, suggesting the implementation of an experiential tourism system that manages to connect tourists interested in the subject with the communities and, in this way, make people aware of the rights, survival, culture and traditions of a indigenous people. In the same way, it is proposed that during these activities the inhabitants can market a variety of products made by themselves.

Cada comunidad indígena presenta una cultura tan distintiva, que involucra desde la cosmovisión de la vida hasta las necesidades inmediatas de las mismas. Tales características las hacen muy diferentes entre sí, en especial, entre la cultura dominante que plantea una educación formal nacional. Por ello, es necesario incluir el contexto y la cultura propia del educando en su educación, para que el docente desarrolle adaptaciones y metodologías educativas necesarias que no entren en contradicción con las ideas previas de los alumnos, sino que se apoye una cultura con la otra. Por consiguiente, este artículo presenta una revisión documental de distintas experiencias de prácticas educativas interculturales en comunidades indígenas de Latinoamérica, con el fin de identificar los procesos y lineamientos necesarios para su planteamiento y aplicación. Las fuentes, en su mayoría artículos académicos, son de los últimos diez años. En la búsqueda, se encontraron distintos elementos que influyen sobre si el labor docente contribuye al objetivo; desde su propia concepción de la interculturalidad, su disposición a la construcción de un diálogo, y su dedicación a abordar los temas y/o procesos ideales para el enfoque intercultural educativo. Estos conllevan, desde profundizar el conocimiento del propio pueblo, la comparación de este conocimiento con otros saberes distintos, y el de la interacción activa de ambos saberes. Asimismo, en las reflexiones finales, se hace notar la necesidad de estudiar de forma holística las prácticas educativas realizadas en las comunidades indígenas, de manera que sean lo más completas posibles para brindar una educación de calidad. / Each indigenous community presents such a distinctive culture, which involves everything from the worldview of life to their immediate needs. Such characteristics make them very different from each other, especially between the dominant culture posed by national formal education. Therefore, it is necessary to include the context and the culture of the student in their education, so the teacher develops adaptations and necessary educational methodologies that do not contradict the previous ideas of the students, but rather support one culture with the other. Consequently, this article presents a documentary review of different experiences of intercultural educational practices in indigenous communities in Latin America, in order to identify the necessary processes and guidelines for their approach and application. The sources, mostly academic articles, are from the last ten years. In the search, different elements were found that can influence whether the teaching work contributes to the objective, from their own conception of interculturality, their willingness to build a dialogue, and their dedication to addressing the ideal themes and processes for the intercultural educational approach. These involve, from deepening the knowledge of the local people, the comparison of this knowledge with other learnings, and the active interaction of both knowledge. Likewise, in the final reflections, the need to holistically study the educational practices carried out in indigenous communities is noted, so that they are as complete as possible to provide high quality education.
