La propuesta de vivienda saludable unifamiliar promueve el bienestar de sus pobladores, se caracteriza por considerar a la casa, el entorno y la comunidad. Estos factores en las zonas rurales no son considerados cuando se planifica y construye viviendas, siendo éstas ubicadas en zonas peligrosas, sin diseño, con materiales inapropiados, autoconstruidas, sin mantenimiento, sin instalaciones sanitarias y eléctricas, y con altos niveles de pobreza; haciéndolas, no dignas ni adecuadas aumentando el riesgo contra la salud física y mental de las familias. El presente estudio se ubica en la provincia de Oxapampa en la Selva Baja Peruana, debido a la inexistencia de viviendas adecuadas para los pobladores, a su déficit habitacional del 57% y a su nivel de pobreza extrema; se propone el diseño de una vivienda saludable con características orgánicas y vernaculares. Para ello, se analizaron encuestas para caracterizar los factores que vulneran la salud física y mental de la población estudiada, los factores de riesgo asociados a las viviendas e identificar las costumbres y cultura de la zona. Los resultados incluyen: el diseño arquitectónico, diseño estructural de la vivienda, la descripción del proceso constructivo de la vivienda, el análisis de costos de la vivienda propuesta y modelos a escala de la vivienda propuesta. / The single-family healthy housing proposal promotes the well-being of its inhabitants, it is characterized by considering the house, the environment, and the community. These factors in rural areas are not considered when planning and building housing, these are located in dangerous areas, without design, without quality materials, self-built, without maintenance, and sanitary and electrical installations, and with high levels of poverty; making them unworthy and adequate, increasing the risk to the physical and mental health of families. The present study is located in Oxapamapa province in the Peruvian Low Forest, due to the lack of adequate housing for the inhabitants, its 57% housing deficit and its extreme poverty level; Is proposed the design of a healthy home with organic and vernacular characteristics. For this, surveys were analyzed to characterize the factors that harm the physical and mental health of the population studied, the risk factors associated with the dwellings and identify the customs and culture of the rural area.
