The construction planning through more efficient models it's leaving of being an ideal to be a reality in some companies, as a strategy for quality improvement of its products and the competitiveness increase in their market. This research is focused on the building planning system improvement, with emphasis in building programming and control, through the use of computational tools, aiming, in special, the segment of multi-story buildings. The objective is to present systematic and usual procedures in the planning process of the construction. The implementation of the planning process is demonstrated through a case study, which considers since the stage of building program conception up to the execution control, performed through the building follow-up. The result of this research is the presentation of an easily implemented planning process for the segment of multi-story building companies, which generate quick information to support decisions. / A competitividade das empresas do setor da construção civil depende da gestão eficiente de seus sistemas de programação e controle da produção. O planejamento de obras através de modelos mais eficientes vem deixando de ser um ideal para transformar-se em realidade nas empresas, como estratégia de melhoria da qualidade de seus produtos e do aumento de sua competitividade frente ao mercado em que atua. A pesquisa está voltada para a modernização do planejamento com enfoque na programação e controle da obra, através do uso de ferramentas computacionais, visando, em especial, as obras do subsetor de edificação vertical de múltiplos andares. O objetivo é apresentar procedimentos sistematizados e usuais no processo de planejamento da construção. A implantação do processo de planejamento é demonstrada através de um estudo de caso, que considera desde a etapa de concepção do cronograma físico até o controle da execução, realizado através de acompanhamento durante o desenvolvimento da obra. O resultado do trabalho é a apresentação de um processo de planejamento de fácil implantação para empresas do subsetor de edificações - a partir do qual, são geradas informações rápidas para subsidiar as tomadas de decisões.

Multifunkční pavilon nemocnice v Českém Krumlově - stavebně technologický projekt / Multipurpose Hospital Building in Český Krumlov - Building Technology Project

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a construction technology project for the construction of a new hospital pavilion in Český Krumlov. The thesis processes the preparation of construction and proposal of the organization of individual activities on the construction site in time sequence. The thesis contains technological regulations for the foundation of construction and realization of the monolithic frame on the 1st floor, which also includes drawings of the formwork of the ceiling slab and a scheme of formwork of columns and walls. Further contents are technological report, technological study of realization, transport relations, time and financial plans, complete construction site equipment for the whole construction phase, design of construction mechanisms and assessment of their suitability for use, resource balance, technological analysis, itemized budget, and occupational health protection for selected processes and noise studies dealing with the impact of building construction on the surrounding development.
