El plan de investigación se enfoca en describir cómo funciona el actual sistema de denuncias que maneja la Oficina de Control de la Magistratura –OCMA del Poder Judicial para prevenir, investigar y sancionar actos de corrupción de sus miembros. Así mismo, como debería mejorarse el actual sistema de denuncia para incentivar las denuncias por actos de corrupción de jueces y auxiliares jurisdiccionales. Así como, alentar a los usuarios comunes a denunciar por medio de su página web, he aquí por qué los mecanismos a utilizar deben ser simples en materia de esquema y lenguaje asegurando que el usuario pueda comprender que actos o conductas de los funcionarios judiciales constituyen hechos de corrupción. De igual forma proponemos que la OCMA adecue su sistema de denuncias para temas de corrupción e integridad a la propuesta de canal de denuncias que recoge el “Plan Nacional del Poder Judicial de Integridad y Lucha Contra la Corrupción 12.2018–12.2021”. / The investigation plan it's focuses on describing how the current delations system operated by the Control Office of Magistracy Works (Oficina de Control de la Magistratura - OCMA) to prevent, investigate and punish acts of corruption of Judiciary members.
