El presente trabajo intenta revisar el contenido del IX Pleno Jurisdiccional Supremo Laboral desde una visión crítica. Así revisaremos cómo los jueces que participaron en esta reunión se extralimitaron de sus funciones creando reglas o normas para los trabajadores restringiendo su derecho a la tutela jurisdiccional efectiva. / This work attempts to review the content of the IX Supreme Labor Jurisdictional Plenary from a critical perspective. Thus we will review how the judges who participated in this meeting exceeded their functions by creating rules or norms for workers, restricting their right to effective jurisdictional protection. / Trabajo académico
