Diseñar un centro donde las personas con discapacidad intelectual puedan sentirse independientes, que a futuro puedan integrarse mejor a la sociedad y que gracias a la arquitectura puedan superar barreras sociales, para su autonomía. Para este motivo se propone un Centro de Desarrollo que implica la educación, la rehabilitación y la recreación de las personas con discapacidad intelectual; mediante intervención temprana, sumada a la formación básica complementaria, trabajos ocupacionales y a la capacitación de padres. La propuesta se plantea en el Distrito de Independencia, debido a que es el Distrito con menor cantidad de Centros Educativos Especiales de Lima Norte y uno de los que tiene la mayor concentración de personas con discapacidad intelectual. / Design a center where people with intellectual disabilities can feel independent, to be able in the future to better integrate into society and thanks to architecture can overcome social barriers, for their autonomy. For this reason, a Development Center is proposed which involves the education, rehabilitation, and recreation of people with intellectual disabilities; through early intervention, coupled with complementary basic training, occupational work, and parent training. The proposal is presented in the District of Independencia in Lima, because it is the District with the least number of Special Education Centers in Northern Lima and one of those with the highest concentration of people with intellectual disabilities. / Tesis

Se propone un Centro Socio-Cultural de Ancón. Este distrito se encuentra dividido en dos partes que no tienen una articulación adecuada, el balneario y el distrito. El balneario carece de actividades en los meses de otoño, invierno y primavera. Por otro lado, el distrito no tiene suficientes espacios culturales. El terreno es estratégico ya que se ubica en el punto de articulación entre ambas partes, y cerca de otras actividades importantes, lo que permitirá consolidar un foco cultural, social y turístico. El proyecto plantea unificar y re-articular el distrito, reactivar el malecón, y revivir la esencia musical de la Comunidad Anconera. Por otra parte, la arquitectura a proyectar propone un diseño articulador en dos escalas. Una escala urbana que permita unificar ambas partes a través de espacios públicos de encuentro y actividades programáticas. Y una escala arquitectónica, que trabaje la articulación entre las distintas actividades a través de conexiones espaciales y visuales. / This thesis proposes a Sociocultural Center situated in the community of Ancón, in Lima, Perú. Ancón is divided into two parts: it´s coastal area and it´s district, which both suffer from bad urban articulation between one another. On one hand, around fall, winter and spring, the pier lacks cultural and social activities. On the other hand, the district doesn´t have enough public institutions for cultural experiences. The land for the project is ideal because of it´s strategic location. It is situated between both main parts of Ancon and surrounded by other important areas. This easily creates a social, cultural and touristic center. The Project aims to unify the district and the coastal area, while also reactivating the pier and bringing back to life the musical essence of the community that was once recognized for it´s Ancon´s Song Festival. To focus on the architectural aspect, the design concentrates on working in two scales of articulation. The first one, a macro scale, proposes to unify both parts with public spaces and organized activities. The second scale is a more micro architectural view. It aims to work on the visual and spatial aspects of the different activities being experienced throughout the center. / Tesis

El proyecto consiste en un Complejo Turístico, en el Valle de Pisco. Este tiene como objetivo, en trabajar una arquitectura que englobe el proceso de producción del pisco y se retroalimente con actividades complementarias. Con un enfoque turístico, este proyecto busca repotenciar la zona y ser una nueva parada en la “Ruta del Pisco”, dando a conocer la historia y el contenido cultural del pisco. Asimismo, se busca que el visitante tenga una experiencia directa con el entorno natural. Es así como, la arquitectura del proyecto busca integrarse al paisaje, con la ayuda de la materialidad y el debido emplazamiento en su entorno. Además, con un recorrido a manera de museo, se mostrará el proceso productivo del pisco en cada una de sus etapas, exhibiendo el producto. Para así, reforzar la identidad nacional por nuestra bebida bandera. / The project consists in a Tourist Complex, in the Pisco Valley. The aim of this project is to work on an architecture that englobes the whole production process of the Pisco and get feedback with complementary activities. With a tourist focus, this project seeks to enhace the area and be a new stop on the "Pisco Route", making known the history and cultural content of Pisco. Likewise, the visitor is expected to have a direct experience with the natural environment. This is how the architecture of the project seeks to integrate itself into the landscape, with the help of materiality and the appropriate location in its surroundings. Additionally, with a tour as a museum, the production process of pisco will be shown in each of the stages and will exhibit the product with the purpose of reinforce the national identity of our national drink. / Tesis

El proyecto se justifica en la necesidad que tiene el distrito de José Leonardo Ortiz -en la provincia de Chiclayo- de contar con un nuevo mercado de abastos del sector minorista dentro del segundo complejo comercial más grande del país y más importante del Norte del Perú: El complejo comercial de Moshoqueque; el cual, ofrecerá al usuario una infraestructura adecuada, segura, atractiva y ordenada. Adicional a la actividad comercial se proponen actividades complementarias, tales como talleres de aprendizaje, guardería y sala de usos múltiples, los cuales se verán incluidos en un espacio cívico amigable con el entorno que promueva actividades recreativas y de capacitación. Asimismo, y como respuesta a las necesidades del usuario, la vivienda-taller forma parte del programa arquitectónico del proyecto para darle más dinamismo y animación a la zona. El punto a indagar y ampliar en el presente trabajo fue el de cómo transformar un espacio deprimido de la ciudad para que sea amable con la misma y brinde un espacio público a la comunidad. / The project is justified by the need of the district of Jose Leonardo Ortiz in the province of Chiclayo to have a new retail market in the second largest commercial complex in the country and the most important in Northern Peru: The commercial complex of Moshoqueque; which will offer the user an adequate, secure, attractive and orderly infrastructure. In addition to the commercial activity, complementary activities are proposed, such as learning workshops, nurseries and multipurpose rooms, which will be included in a friendly environment that promotes recreational and training activities. Also, and in response to the needs of the user, the shelter-workshop is part of the architectural program of the project to give more dynamism and animation to the area. The point to investigate and expand in the present paper was how to transform a depressed space of the city into a nice one and provide a public space for the community. / Tesis

Centro de formación y difusión de la gastronomía, ubicado en el distrito Villa María del Triunfo. Un lugar en donde se impartan clases técnicas para el desarrollo de profesionales responsables y comprometidos con su contexto. Y, sobre todas las cosas, un espacio inclusivo a la comunidad, que permita la inserción de la misma a los conceptos fundamentales de una correcta alimentación y la manera de implementarlos a su dieta diaria y en cierta medida, a la dieta de quienes dependen de ellos. El centro contará con espacios destinados a fines académicos y a la difusión gastronómica. Dentro del área académica, los alumnos podrán recorrer las circulaciones, a modo de altillo, observando los trabajos que se lleven a cabo en las aulas talleres en un nivel inferior. Esto permitirá tener un aprendizaje de segundo grado, indirecto, libre y constante. Por otro lado, los comensales y visitantes podrán realizar recorridos por los huertos y practicar labores de aprendizaje en los talleres públicos. Además, la estrecha relación entre los ambientes públicos, la plaza circundante y la plaza pública frontal presenta una oportunidad para promover propuestas inclusivas por medio de actividades comerciales de carácter gastronómico y dotar de mayor dinamismo y animación a los espacios públicos preexistentes. / The theme of this thesis is a gastronomic education and diffusion center, located in Villa María del Triunfo district. A place where technical classes are imparted to responsible and committed professionals. And, above all, an inclusive space for the community, that allows people to understand the fundamental concepts of a correct feeding and the ways to implement those to their daily diet, and, in some way, to the diet of the ones who depend on them. The center will have spaces for academic purposes and gastronomic dissemination. Within the academic area, students can go through the circulations, as a second floor balcony, observing the work that takes place in the workshops at a lower level. This will allow for second-grade, indirect, free and constant learning. On the other hand, diners and visitors can take tours around the crops and practice learning tasks in public workshops. In addition, the close relationship between public environments, the surrounding plaza and the public square on the front presents an opportunity to promote inclusive proposals through commercial activities of a gastronomic nature and to provide more dynamism and animation to pre-existing public spaces. / Tesis
