A alta sensibilidade do sistema permite a utilização de um efeito de modulação residual em materiais fotossensíveis durante o registro, como holograma de referência para operar o sistema de estabilização. Consequentemente gravações holográficas auto-estabilizadas se tornam possíveis. Por outro lado, é possível também a superposição estabilizada de redes holográficas e de seus harmônicos com um controle de fase preciso entre elas, possibilitando a Síntese de Fourier de perfis arbitrários periódicos. O sistema de estabilização e as fotorresinas positivas utilizadas foram estudadas em detalhe, permitindo urna melhor compreensão dos processos envolvidos e otimizando as condições de sua utilização. Foram feitas algumas aplicações para ilustrar as possibilidades do sistema todo como: Síntese de Fourier de uma grade "blazed" e o estudo da cinética da fotorreação num filme de fotorresina / Abstract: The fundamental result reported in this work is the construction of a high performing stabilized holographic setup, wich allows the phase shift control between the interference pattern and a reference hologram. The high sensitivity of the system allows using the residual modulation effect, arising in photosensitive materials during the holographic recording itself, as a reference hologram for operating the stabilization system. Consequently self-stabilized holographic recording is now possible. On the other hand, stabilized superposition of holographic gratings and their harmonics with accurate phase control is also possible, allowing Fourier Synthesis of arbitrary shaped periodic profiles. The stabilization system itself and the positive photoresist used in this work were studied in detail for improving the knowledge of the involved processes and optimizing their use.
