The Study of Customer Satisfaction to Organic Stores - An Empirical Case of SANTA CRUZ

Due to the environment was not carefully preserved, the food became harmful to health gradually. Therefore, a great number of people may live a cozy life now, but far from healthy. When people learned that organic food is good for health via media, chain stores that sell organic food popped put. Although plenty of people are suspicious of the benefits of organic food, more and more customers are willing to give it a try. When competitors continue to enter the organic food retailing business, fierce competition is inevitable. For the purpose of being outstanding in the organic food industry, companies have to do their utmost to make customer feel satisfied. This research regards the customer satisfaction of Santa Cruz as the main object. By questionnaires, this research surveyed the performances of clerk, product, promotion, and so forth, in an endeavor to figure out which part should be monitored carefully, and try to find out the causes. Instead of questionnaires, exchanging opinions with customers is quite helpful, make this study much more complete. Eventually, I came up with thoughts about the development of whole industry. Moreover, several recommendations with regard to salespeople, customer relationships, and business model were advanced, hoping that these advices will be useful for Santa Cruz to improve customer satisfaction.

Taiwan Salt Industrial Corporation¡]T.S.I.¡^is a large business that presently monopolizes the salt producing industry in Taiwan. It was to be privatized by the target date of November in 1992 but has not yet been assessed by Executive Yuan. Since joining the WTO, Taiwan¡¦s economic policies have favored privatization, liberalization and internationalization. The salt products market would be fully open after abolishing the Regulation of Salt Policy, which would follow the privatization of T.S.I.. T.S.I. would then face strong competition.The promotion of quality service is presently the major focus of T.S.I. management. Therefore, the subject in need of exploration is mastering the competition by promoting service quality. After studying the interrelated references and theories, this research adopts the¡uSERVQUAL¡vscale for measuring the service quality which was introduced by three scholars; Parsurama, Zwithaml and Berry. This questionnaire, which aims at the management character of T.S.I., was developed appropriately through calculation and amendment. Those interviewed for this research were the salt buyers for agriculture and industry who bought salt from the Kaohsiung Sales office of T.S.I. and the consumers who bought the new products. The questionnaire included four dimensions; expected service, perceived service, overall satisfaction and individual demands. The following are some of the findings of this study: 1. The salt buyers for agriculture and industry There is positive correlation between perceive service and satisfaction among the buyers. That is, the more efficient the buyer¡¦s perceived the service to be, the higher their reported satisfaction was. There is a positive correlation between expected service and satisfaction among buyers. That is, the higher the buyeer¡¦s expectation of service, the higher their satisfaction was with that offered by the Kaohsiung Sales office of T.S.I.. There is positive correlation between the satisfaction and continued purchases made on the part of the buyers. That is, the higher the buyer¡¦s satisfaction with the Kaohsiung Sales office of T.S.I., the more continual purchases the buyer made. There is a positive correlation between satisfaction and recommendations among buyers. That is, the more satisfied the buyer was the more the buyer recommended of the products of purchased to friends and relatives. 2. The Consumers There is a positive correlation between expected service and perceived service. That is, the higher the expectations of the consumers were the better they perceived the service they received. A positive correlation is found between perceived service and satisfaction. That is, the more efficient the consumer perceived the service to be the higher their reported satisfaction. The study showed a positive correlation between expected service and satisfaction. That is, as consumer¡¦s expectations grew so did their satisfaction. A positive correlation is found between the satisfaction and continual purchasing behavior of customers. When consumers are satisfied they continue to buy. Finally, a positive correlation exists between satisfaction and recommendations made by customers. When customers are satisfied they recommend the products they purchase to their friends and relatives.

Many studies offer insights into the relation between job satisfaction and morale, and both are important impacts the performances to the company. This study tries to use some variables to predict the job satisfaction has influence to employee and the factors really influence the relation between the job satisfaction and morale. The results found that the relation between employee job satisfaction and morale are important to the employee. Especially the morale itself is more predictor to the employee¡¦s performance better than the job satisfaction itself. And this find out is different to the West. It can be seen as the culture difference from the Eastern to the Western. And it remind the managers to value more about the morale.

Abstract An information transmission revolution within cable television companies in Kaohsiung City has proclaimed for years, of which playing the role on company registration to government authority from illegal to legal since telecommunication energized through scattered dispatching to integration, which contains information and entertainment programs as represent to the subscriber by its essential factors recently. However, vicious competitions (´c©ÊÄvª§) among consortiums make the correlative cable market centralization. By the time being, according to an investigation survey for medias, government authorities, and science reports indicate that the majority of subscribers are dissatisfied with the dispatching quality prior to the first receiving relevant services. Consequently, appeal to resolve regards cable television program qualities by scholars in terms of protecting customers¡¦ rights and interests become a topical subject recently. A raging fire like price competition launch into local cable television companies give integration opportunity for consortiums for their fortune, which they participate in the business after a number of bankrupt cases happened to local cable companies. However, as compare to the present cable rental to the previous schedule, the rental charges have been risen from two to three time than ever before, yet the price decision making only by those new cardinals prior to the beginning of 1991. Regarding protest against rising rental charge by consumers, of which whether it is an alternative acceptable by consumers and capability of against cable companies¡¦ rental charge? In this study by adopting a survey onto a period of primary rental adjustment in 1991, catalogue it into several topics of integrated quality satisfaction about cable companies¡¦ service, a rental adjustment satisfaction responded by consumers¡¦ visual impression as subjects perceiving the programs and those package whether comply with expected qualities. First, to catalogue the local subscribers whose age are from 16-year to 70-year and living in northern area of Kaohsiung City. Second, adopt individual interview as the manner to survey and employ layer random sampling (¤À¼hÀH¾÷©â¼Ë) to retrieve total 1,024 valid samples. Afterward, implement one-way ANOVA analysis (³æ¦]¤lÅܲ§¼Æ¤ÀªR), and linear structural relation (LISREL) (½u©Êµ²ºcÃö«Y¼Ò¦¡) statistics analysis tools to process data analysis as for understanding local cable television subscriber satisfaction. A Study on the Effect of the Change in Educational Environment on Teachers' Job Satisfaction and Morale: The Case of Ligang District, Pingtung County

Human resource is the essence of sustainable development in a country, and a well-worked education system is the key factor of training excellent talents. Owing to above, the educational environment is turning from the old closed system to multiversity. Everything is facing a great reform, including the teacher education, the human rights of students, and the curriculum reform. It¡¦s expected to rise up the quality of education and train up more outstanding talents for the country through the chains of education reform. However, affected by the education environment, it¡¦s been changed a lot in the aspects of teacher¡¦s teaching, interpersonal communication, and job security. After that, present teachers¡¦ job satisfaction and morale could be affected. For teachers¡¦ job satisfaction, morale will vitally affect education quality, this essay aimed to inquire the relations between teachers¡¦ cognition for education environment changes, job satisfaction and morale. This essay took the method of questionnaire inquiry. The sample is the present elementary teachers in Ligang district, Pingtung County. The researcher dispatched 540 questionnaires, and recycles 411 valid ones. The main inquiry results are as followings: 1.Part of the personal factors will notably affect some aspects of the cognitions for education environment, job satisfaction and morale. 2.The cognition for the change of education environment will positively affect some aspects of job satisfaction. 3.The cognition for the change of education environment will positively affect some aspects of morale. 4.Job satisfaction has positive effects on morale. 5.Through multiple linear regression analysis, the recognition for the changes of education environment and job satisfaction will notably affect morale in the same time. In other words, the more positive attitude to the changes of education environment the teachers have, the better job satisfaction and morale will they get. In brief, the recognition for the changes of education environment changes will indeed affect the teachers¡¦ morale.
