Fonctionnement des marchés et évolution des formes d’habitat dans les territoires à faible tension foncière en Bretagne / Functioning of markets and evolution of the forms of housing environment in the low-voltage territories land in Brittany

Poussin, Jean-Christophe 03 October 2014 (has links)
Ces enjeux sont ensuite déclinés en recommandations dans unedernière partie de la thèse / Sustainable land management is a leading stake in Brittany, where the artificialisation of land tendencies turn out worrisome. This stake invites to wonder about the conditions and the forms of a more respectful urban development. We know that the land resource, is, by definition, limited in space. In this context was created in 2009 “l’Etablissement Public Foncier de Bretagne”, a public state operator positioning as a tool in the service of the Breton communities to accompany them in the elaboration of their land strategy and the implementation of operations, in the priority domain of housing. The creation of this new structure intends to participate on a regionalscale in the regulation of markets and in the emergence of more virtuous operations. Our reflection aims at analyzing the mechanisms of interrelations between working of markets and evolution of urban forms by focusing on the “intercommunal” level and the low land pressure territories. These territories are indeed little surroundedby researches even though they establish, because of moderate costs of the land, the new "receptacles" of the urban sprawl. From the study of 4 “intercommunaux” territories and the analysis of the words held by various metactors, the thesis highlights tracks of stakes for a control of land markets by housing operations. These stakes are then declined in recommendations in the last part of the thesis

Insider dealing and market manipulation / Insider dealing and market manipulation

Crha, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
The issue of capital market protection, especially from manipulation with financial instruments' prices and abuse of inside information, forms the content of this diploma thesis. After the legal introduction of market manipulation in EU directives and regulations, which gives manipulation relevant context, there follows the analysis of particular forms of manipulation, which can be used to influence prices of investment instruments. Then, analysis of impact of investment recommendation to selected stock prices (i.e. NWR, ERSTE and Telefónica O2), which are traded on Czech stock market RM-System, is performed. Final chapter of the thesis handles the analysis of some market manipulation and insider trading cases from the past, together with the discussion of impacts of stricter regulation of financial markets to their efficient functioning.

Manipulace s kurzem cenných papírů / Manipulation of securities' prices

Crha, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
This diploma thesis handles the issue of manipulation of prices of securities and other investment instruments. First part of the thesis is dedicated to legal and theoretical introduction into the topic. First, there comes the legal analysis of manipulation on the communitarian level, which is then followed by regulation in Czech legal order. Legal norms are interpreted within the aim, they are following. In addition, supervisory functions of Czech National Bank and Committee of European Securities Regulators are mentioned as well. As for the practical part, the description of different forms of manipulation is followed by the in-depth analysis of impact of investment recommendations to securities' prices. At the end of the thesis, there are some cases of market manipulation, which happened in the past, analysed within the context of actual legal regulation on the field of capital market protection.

Formes supramoléculaires de la F1FO ATP synthase et morphologie mitochondriale : de la levure Saccharomyces cerevisiae aux cellules humaines / Supramolecular forms of F1Fo ATP synthase and mitochondrial morphology : from Saccharomyces cerevisiae to human cells

Habersetzer, Johan 16 December 2011 (has links)
The F1Fo ATP synthase is an enzymatic complex embedded in the inner mitochondrial membrane which use the electrochemical proton gradient generated by the phosphorylation oxydative pathway to synthesize ATP from ADP and inorganic phosphate. This enzyme is conserved from yeast to mammalian cells and displays supramolecular organization in the inner mitochondrial membrane. In yeast, it is actually well-known that the supramolecular assembly required two accessory subunits : e and g subunits. The present work was realized to understand the involvement of subunits e and g in dimerization and oligomerization of mitochondrial ATP synthases as well as their effect on mitochondrial inner membrane morphogenesis in yeast S. cerevisiae and human cultured cells. In yeast, this study led us to determine subunits e and g stoechiometry, which was cruelly missing to establish a model of the ATP synthases membranous subunits layout in the inner mitochondrial membrane. In human cells, we have demonstrated that subunits e and g are implicated in ATP synthase dimer stabilization. However, their involvement in this stabilization seems to be quietly different of what have been observed in yeast cells.

Úroveň flexibility trhu práce: porovnání trhu práce ČR a NSR / The level of labour market flexibility: A comparison between the Czech Republic and Germany

Tóthová, Lenka January 2013 (has links)
The thesis deals with the labour market flexibility in the Czech Republic and Germany, in particularly with flexible forms of employment. Analysis and comparison of the legislation of flexible forms of employment in the Czech Republic and Germany was the bottom line of the thesis. New types of flexible forms of employment which are used in Germany's labour market were discussed as well. The research of legislation has shown that there is not such a significant difference between Czech and German labour law, which would be able to rationalize the marked differences in usage of these forms in the Czech Republic and Germany.

Flexibilní formy práce v České republice a Švýcarsku / Flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Switzerland

Jadrný, Jan January 2015 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to study and compare flexible forms of work in the Czech Republic and Switzerland from 2005 to 2014. The theoretical part defines basic terms of the labor market, major transformations of the current labor market and labor legislation of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Comparative and factorial analysis are used in the practical part to analyse basic indicators and flexible forms of work of in the Czech and Swiss labor market. The analysis is then set in the broader context of microeconomic and macroeconomic conditions and educational systems in the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The main differences between Swiss and Czech flexibility of the labor market and the typical worker employed under flexible employment in the Czech Republic and Switzerland are drawn from the performed analysis.
