The thesis is aimed to prepare a business plan for internet service provider on fiber optics for real company. The business plan includes a market analysis, financial reporting, evaluation of investment efficiency, risk and sensitivity analysis and other essential information which can help company's owner to evaluate the feasibility of the plan.

Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию бизнес-планированию на российских предприятиях. Предметом исследования выступают экономические (денежные) отношения, возникающие в процессе формирования и реализации инвестиционного проекта на промышленном предприятии. Основной целью магистерской диссертации является разработка комплексной концепции бизнес-планирования на российских предприятиях на основе развития теории и методологии финансового планирования на примере регионального субъекта бизнеса, выявление проблем и разработка путей их решения. / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of business planning in Russian enterprises. The subject of the study are the economic (monetary) relations arising in the process of formation and implementation of the investment project in an industrial enterprise. The main purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a comprehensive concept of business planning in Russian enterprises on the basis of the development of the theory and methodology of financial planning on the example of a regional business entity, identifying problems and developing ways to solve them.

Annotation This Master’s thesis deals with obtaining grants from EU funds that are specified for railroad development in the Czech Republic – modernization, reconstruction, interconnection and making the railroad traffic accessible for the whole Europe. In parlance of the Czech Republic the word modernization means speeding up the trains. In my Master’s thesis I would like to describe you the way how to evaluate the efficiency of the project “Reconstruction of Railroad Station in Olomouc” by means of main economic indexes (IRR, BCR, NPV) and further familiarize you with the Benefit 7+ form used for raising money from EU structural funds. I also would like to introduce you the procedure of elaborating required scheme used in economic evaluation – cost and benefits analysis (CBA). This scheme is absolutely necessary in order to get the grants from abovementioned EU structural funds concerning any investment project in the Czech Republic.
